  You are right. My trial subscription was a stand alone, and 30 days. Due to a technical problem and be in the middle of a project, I had to click fair trial because my key was not be accepted, although reinstall on the same machine. Back w/Adobe problem solved. As we are discussing this, my point actually may simply to communicate with the person who helped directly and see what they can do. Find a path of the < installation directory > \browser\extensions but seems it does not behave as said here that I have not received all of the guests. I hope that this method is still applicable in some way and I am just not aware of how this is currently supposed to be handled, but not sure if it is a dictionary rather than a typical add-on will have no effect on the installation overall how can be reached.
