• 'Update of the current process' of the LR5 missing exclamation point?

  Can anyone tell my why my older images (in LR 5) isn't an exclamation point asking me if I want to update the current process?

  I was just reviewing some more older. JPG files that were imported initially with Lightroom 2 or 3.   In the Panel to the point the elders 'Recovery' and 'Fill light' settings are displayed, which alerted me to the fact that the process of the most recent is not used.  If I remember correctly, he used to be an exclamation in the corner of each photo alert me to it.

  I discovered that if I right click on the pictures at the bottom of the screen, I can select "Developing the parameters" / "Update in progress", , but I found the exclamation point to be more practical.  I hope that there is a way to get this feature.

  The exclamation point was changed/moved in LR5. It is now a symbol "lightning/lightning" under the histogram in the develop Module. Hovering over the icon will tell you that the version of the process, click the icon will allow you to update.

  Can someone please explain to me why there is an update to the current process of ACR6 button? Why is it necessary?

  It is not one in ACR5.7 (AFAIK), although there is no new details controls either.

  Something bad happens once you decide to accept the 2010 process? Something that can not be reversed?

  You guessed it, Yammer P. Demosaic is separate and independent of the process version. The only things that fall under the 2003-2010 process version distinction are the sharpness, noise reduction, and fill light.

• The Task Manager appears in the 'current process' screen and I can't navigate to another function of Manager tasks?

  When I click on task manager it happens in screen '' current process. '' The only choice I have is to show all users process or to complete a process. I have to hit the ESC key to exit and can not navigate to other functions of Manager tasks. I remember that you try to use the system restore to solve this problem for a long time (at least 2 years ago) and he has not solved it. Just thought it might settle through updates system over time. • Display of the current process

  I am currently a manual backup on USB. The records, I'm moving are large and the process for the first folder is the estimate of 10 hours on the web administration page. My question is if I close the web administration and then page reload the bar of the process with the file transfer progress disappears, is it possible to get back it? I guess that the process continues even if the web page is closed? Or the process stops? And finally, if it stops in fact, is there a better way to do this?

  Hi pdid1,

  There are better ways to back up files on your ReadyNAS without accessing the admin page. First of all, you can create a backup task in the admin page by selecting the source (I presume a folder in your PC) and the destination (one of the actions of your ReadyNAS). Finally, the ReadyNAS shares access, using the file Explorer using \\192.168.1.x (NAS IP address) and you can do a copy & paste type of backup.

• my task manager does not display the current process. It's just a white square

  When starting the Task Manager it does not show all processes accept the one / s that are used at the present time, such as "Firefox". There is no process background shown and instead of a list of process as there used to be, now, it's all there, it's a white box, displaying the above mentioned one or two processes that are open right now.

  Press on and hold down the ALT key, and then double-click an opening of the border of the Task Manager window.

  You are currently in minimum mode of the footprint.

• Versions of the current process

  In the Task Manager, when I look at the processes running, I noticed that even if I'm running Windows 7, 64-bit, most of the process including MS Office is labeled as 32-bit and sometimes both 32 and 64-bit processes are present for the same application. Everything works OK, but I wonder if I should look for 64 bit versions of software, especially for those who like MS Office.   I made a mistake in installing the software, or is this normal?  Should I leave well enough alone? Can, and I have to change something?  I'm getting a new computer today and I do not want to see the bad habits to the new.  It just seems to make sense on a 64-bit computer I should be under the 64-bit versions of software.

  Please excuse my ignorance on this subject.  I would appreciate greatly any information.

  Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1 incorporate a police call Font1

  2. create a new symbol

  3. in the symbol, create two text fields that use Font1

  4 duplicate symbol

  Results: You will notice that a copy of the policy has been created in the library

  Expected results: the symbol must be duplicated, but they should not be a copy of the created policy.

  Thanks for reporting this! It was actually a cause of accidents in most common scenarios as well.

  This problem has been fixed now and the elements of the police is no longer get duplicated by trying to duplicate a symbol. Fix will be available with the next update.

• New version of the process, without affecting the current proceedings

  We have long lived processes in Production.

  I noticed that if a new version of that process is deployed, that all instances of this process alive will begin to use the new version.  that is all the processes have not been completed.

  I'm just trying to work on what the best practice is to update a version of Production process?  Is there a way to make sure that all instances complete existing processes using the version they have been created with?

  I must:

  -deploy a new process and try just to allow for the current process to stall or fail?

  -Try to create a new version of the Application, or a parallel version of the process running side by side.

  If there is not a simple answer, so I see this as an important gap in the current implementation of process management.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

  All instances of the current process will continue on the version they started with. All new instances will use a new. After the last 'in progress', instance is completed that the version is purged.

  I have a project where I have to click a button and and the current year to display in the form YYYY in a dynamic text field.  My current code was written as:

  If you try to make it through a normal form. So in this case email_sended is getting two values one of your FORM and one of your update statement.

  To resolve this problem, you can code in hard EMAIL_SENDED point the value '0' and keep only the database column.

  If the whenver update you will automatically take the value 0.

  Another solution would be to remove this column from your FORM and then update by creating a process after submit.

  Here's a way to display the status of children sub-process engendered by a process parent process creation activity. In this sense, the process id of the subprocedure is "ChildProcess. The id of the activity of creating processes in the parent process that causes the work item instance in the child process called 'SpawnChildren '.
