  Font can be changed to a form field in Acrobat while setting field properties. Is not possible while entering data in a form using reader.

  I'm new to the development of Adobe. I have a requirement for a form of fill-able. There is an Email button send at the bottom.

  Once the user completes the form and click the send e-mail button that he will be sent to the email recipients listed in the E-mail address column.

  The main requirement is - recipients shouldn't see (invisible) the Send Email button at the bottom.

  And

  All fields must be protected.

  In LiveCycle Designer, to create a Script object, you need the hierarchy Palette open.

  In the hierarchy Palette, right-click on the highest subform (form1) and click Insert a Script object.

  Rename the Script object to xfaSubmit, this Script object insert the above setAccessField() function.

  Instead of using the default send button in LiveCycle Designer, you can use a normal button.

  This will not act as a validation button, so if you want to validate your form before you submit the form, you will need to create your own validation...

  In the button, you must call the function setAccessField() like that

  It started with APEX. I have experience with ORacle Forms and reports before. Just started to create an application of small expenses with APEX. A month ago LOV that has every month this year. In the case of change, with the submission of the Page, I am able to run a report for all fees for the selected month. My question is as in the case of forms, we could add a trigger of an element, as, when list item changed or key the agenda, where we could do the simple things like call a PL/SQL procedure or fill in any other field of the form. Could you please let me know how can I run this Summit? For example, when I change the field LOV fresh months running the report for all fees for the month selected, I also just want to fill another (single) field of the month. Just as simple as that. Also, what happens if I want to call a PL/SQL procedure at the same time.

  I think you could find one of your fire done dynamic actions with onLoad of the page.

  Check the attributes of your DAs, there will be a "Fire dependent" checkbox, there would be some pl/sql that you call raises no_data_found

• Fill one of the fields in the form, but not both

  I have a form with a field to browse files and a text field. If either of these 2 fields are populated, I don't want the person to be able to fill in the other field. In other words, I don't want to make them able to fill in the two fields, just one or the other.
  
  Ideally, I would like to gray on the a field if the other field is filled. Or if not that, do a validation based on the TWO fields that do not. Any ideas?

  Hi John,.

  have you had a look to dynamic actions? It allows you to enable/disable/show/hide elements on the fly when one of the elements of the page is changed.

  But you could also create a group of radio with two options buttons and use dynamic action to show/hide the corresponding page elements based on the selection that the user.

• How can I create a PDF with editable fields?

  I have a problem with my Microsoft word at the normal address form. Customers who fill out the forms, complete their area prescribed in form, but some of them also change the original text of the form. I though it would be better if direct to a digital solution by which I can have all my PDF form, but the need to 'fill in the fields' remains a problem. Is there a way where I can create a pdf with editable fields form my clients to fill out the requested information? This solution will also allow my clients the advantage of not having to print forms but rather to complete on the computer. Help, please.

  I work for a small social service agency VERY small non-profit and I try to get our paperwork until the twentieth century. I hope someone here can help me. I have adobe acrobat, but not of other adobe products. I converted our word document that we use for client notes in fillable pdf format and so far everyone is excited to try it. I have a huge problem that I can't understand. I have a customer named created drop-down list box that contains a list of 300 customers. Box 2 is named customer ID and will contain a unique identification code assigned to each customer.

  So here is my question how can I ensure that when Unetelle is selected 12345678 is already filled in the second field?

  I fill the drop-down list with the names of customer and then enter the customer ID as the value of exports. Note You must have a unique name for each client.

  If your customer ID starts at zero, then you must use a custom JavaScript, so you can keep the zero non significant.

  For the customer ID field, you can use the following custom JavaScript code:

  You will need to change DropBoxFieldName name of the drop-down list.

  You will need a mechanism for updating the new customer form and IDs names.

  I tried to search on something I have to do but couldn't come up with a combination of words to find many.
  
  I have a situation where, when some field on a form, the values change, I need a comment filled field. So if changing values of designated field and the comment field is NOT filled in, I'd like some sort of message indicating that the comment field must be filled in when this field is changed. Preferably, this would happen when the "Update" button is pushed on the form. And this should occur before the data is sent.
  
  This seems to be between validation and dynamic Action. I don't know how to create what I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I hope I described the scenario quite well.

  With little experience of Adobe I was tasked to create a set of PDF forms to use in my company. I drew using Pro forms, but I need a digital signature field that will fill a separate date field at the signing and also disable some of the fields in the form. For the moment I can get it to do one or the other, but I can't do both.

  Is there a script that I can use for these functions?

  As you have probably seen, there is an option on the signing tab to run a script when a digital signature is applied.

  Do what you have described what follows can be used (of course, you have to adapt the name of the field):

  One way would be to place a JavaScript in the output of TextFieldA event:

  However this fires when the user leaves TextFieldA. You may need extra script if it is likely that the user is not yet in this text field.

• Create safer self-signed certificates on IOS router?

  I use a router in 1921 and use partially as an AnyConnect (WebVPN) server for remote access in the location.  The certificate I used was a self-signed certificate & trustpoint generated on the router.  I am running as the last IOS available track to ensure that it has all the latest features.
