created recovery persistantObjects

I'm working on an application that saves a lot of data downloaded from our servers to our blackberrys. Its a bit like an address book. Users log in the system and the data that are assigned to said user is downloaded. I am currently using RMS to store the data, but I want to change this option to use persistent objects. I get how the OP, but I'm having this problem.

When you download data, each PO will have a name like this

RxIyCz, where x, y and z are numbers that can go from 1 to 999, leash so say user 1 has affected data from R1I1C1 and R2I2C2, so that it downloads bouth. The next day, he seized once more the program and he wants to see the affected data it has downloaded, my question is, is there a way to get back what are the PO created by the user? taking into account the fact that the key people are created at run time?

RMS, I can retreieve the option similar to this one and stores created with listRecordStores, but "x", I do not see

On the same subject, I have another question, well, more than a question, I need your opinion

The same program will download a data load which, as you can the thought off far is stored. One thing will be at the head of the data, which contains key elements, and the other thing is the data that the user will work with, some of these data is

Index no.

Name

Address

Contract No.

...

...

...

So, I thought, I'm going to create a hastable, containing the vectors with the data (index, name, address, etc.), but I thought, what would be the best? Have separate static variables to retrieve certain index if I wanted to only, say, the name, as

public static int NAME = 1;

vectorData = dataBase.getData(4); String Name = vectorData.getElementAt(NAME).toString();

or, to the contrary store the vector on the hash table, store hash tables, so I can access the easilly a little data on the eye:

hashtableData = dataBase.getData(4);
String Name = (String)hashtableData.get("Name");

We see you more... Let's say... optimized and easy to understand

int is not an object, and hashtable needs of two objects.
You can use inthashtable if you want to use an int key, or create an entire object of your int.

  • HP 15 Notebook - r063tu model: what quality of Flash drive required for creating recovery media for laptop 15 HP (r063tu)?

I want to create a recovery media for my laptop HP 15 (model r063tu) on a Flash instead of DVD drive (had a bad experience with the DVD in the past). Should I buy a 16 GB or 32 GB of capacity 3.0 USB drive. Because it will only be to create recovery media, obviously I won't be able to use it for other purposes, so want to buy everything as this is sufficient (and save on costs!). Thank you.

    Hello

32 GB is necessary because the recovery partition is almost always about 20 GB or more.

Try please create recovery DVDs. A few empty drives are cheap. If the same problem happens again I recommend you to contact the nearest Toshiba service provider in your country and explain the situation. It's not your fault, and maybe you will get new free recovery disk.

All don t delete anything on the HARD drive.

  • Satellite A500-18 t: is it possible to creat recovery external HARD disk drive

    Hello

I just bought a Satellite A500-18 t and before the first launch, I wonder if it is possible to create the recovery disk on a USB external drive, rather than burning a DVD.

No, something like this is not possible.
Please create recovery DVDs and do not forget, that you will lose not.
To create recovery discs, I recommend using the media high quality as TDK or Verbatim DVD-R.
I had very good experiences with the media in the past.

Official response with the support of HP on twitter:

Try to use the tool of media recovery. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-usb-recovery-drive. The USB has a boot device.

.. who has worked on the same USB stick 32 GB .  BUT it is not the same as in the HP Recovery Manager.

Don't bother more. I accept the foregoing as a solution.

Good luck with users who have this laptop. Also issues with the network adapter to which I am trying to fix at the moment.

  • Failed to format create recovery media

I am trying to create a recovery media for new R30 - 1GZ and opted for USB Flash memory. Inserted a 16 GB Sandisk Cruzer module and said OK for reformatting. Message appears: "Unable to format the drive Windows" (or words to that effect). The module is now unusable.

Once the module is reinserted, message "need to format the disk in drive I have." In addition, "I:\ is not accessible... How does not contain a recognized file system... ». Failure to put in shape while as before. M/c still able to read and write ordinary data to other flash modules.
SanDisk Forum is littered with users having similar problems - some argue that the lack of equipment, other Windows 7 problem. No definitive answers.

Tried another module, different brand (I think) - now I have 2 modules unusable!
Helpline called Toshiba - never heard of the problem. "Maybe the software module 'create' is corrupt - try to rebuild the system from scratch" (not plausible, I think). Or take back the machine to the PC world...

Anyone out there who has met (and solved) the Please this problem?

To be honest, I never heard talk about this. Last month I ve bought Toshiba NB550D for my daughter and I ve created recovery USB stick using 8 GB SanDisk Cruzer with no problems.

USB key has been recognized by Windows starter, by creator Toshiba Recovery tool and everything worked perfectly.
In my opinion, your problem is not typical problem of Toshiba and I recommend you to check if the same thing will happen in using another USB.

    Please post comments.

  • Satellite A300D - creating recovery disk problem

    Hello.

I have Toshiba Satellite A300D-11 t (extended A300D-11) and I would like to create recovery disk. Problem is that I can't run the Toshiba Recovery disk creation tool. There is no shortcut in the start menu.
I tried to run Program Files.

Program itself exists (or at least I think it does), there are files in the Program Files folder, in "Programs and features" program is also so I could remove it.
Simply click on the file TosRDC.exe (or any other file *.exe in this case) and it does not start.

For memory - recovery partition exists and has not been changed.

System - Vista Home Premium 32 bit.
    What should do?

    Hello

I would say to pick up the machine from the disk and then, immediately after the machine, you should try to create a recovery disk. It could be that something in the meantime destroyed some piece of software in your operating system that could be the reason of this problem.

Maybe not a very elegant solution but the only one that works every time.

    Welcome them

  • Could not create Recovery DISK 2

    Hello

I just bought a new computer laptop Toshiba Satellite M300/700 and tried to create recovery disks (4 DVD)
I managed to create DVDs 1,3 & 4 with No Problem, but couldn't have created the DVD 2.
I tried so many times and all failed after about 10 minutes of running, I've always had the same error messages like below:

"The question has occurred when saving the data on the disk,
the current pprocess will be stopped.
    A power calibration area error.
Please check if the disc is scratched or dirty.
If so, please try again with a new disc.

    (Error code: 0E01B5-26-00037304) "

I searched on Google for this problem, then it worked once I used a format r
any reason that he worked not + R DVD (all brand TDK Gold).

I used several laptops has never had this type of problem.

What this means, is repeated defective program or is defective DVD writer?

    Thanks for your help

    Hello

It is not easy to say what the problem is here. I guess this can happen because of Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator. I don't know where you bought this laptop but there is a difference between recovery systems in Europe, Australia or US, but presumably also Toshiba recovery disc creator is the same for all laptops Toshiba worldwide.

So, if you created the recovery media using DVD-R blank, it's OK and take care of them. You can use them for the installation of Vista more far. To be honest, I use only on DVD-R media. Somehow, I do not like the format +.

What you can do is to use a third party as Nero software and test if it works with the DVD + R/RW media.

    > I used several laptops has never had this type of problem.
Sorry, but we are discussing about Toshiba recovery disc creator and this software is probably not available on all these laptops you ve had in the past. If you have noticed this problem with Toshiba tool it doesn't mean another burning application cannot handle with DVD + r/RW media.

If please test and let us know how it works.

    Good bye

  • Satellite L655 - missing file when creating recovery media

    Hello

I just bought two new Satellites a L655-1EM and a L655-17V (I think - pink and red). In any case I tried to burn some media of recovery - which I find a little cheapo, making do us it ourselves!

During the process, he said there is a lack of file and hangs on. I tried this on the machines and the same result. I use discs double layer. Any ideas? Do Toshiba shell on a disc of recovery in such circumstances - I already DL three frisbees lol.
I'm more than worried a little, as if something bad happens I have no confidence that I will be able to recover.

    Some tips/advice?
    Thanks in advance :)

  • Can I create recovery DVDs after installing Windows XP Home edition?

    Hello

I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite L300. I formatted the c drive and installed windows xp, but soon I realized that I forgot to create a recovery disk.
Now the F8 does not work, but the drive d and hddrecovery the folder that contains the files of Toshiba recovery still exists. 3.8 GB of data is located in this folder.

Is it possible to create a recovery disk now. Thanks already.

    Hello

Recovery DVDs can be created with the special tool only. The name is Toshiba Recovery creator. This tool is part of the Vista installation only factory settings.

So now, you can not create recovery media and there is no way to launch the installation of F8 HARD drive recovery. I do not understand why you ignored Toshiba reminder on creating recovery DVDs.
Anyway, you can order the new copy under https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

    Bye and good luck!
