  I have problems when you try to burn the DVD on my Toshiba Satellite L20. Nero indicates a "power calibration error". Lens and drive have been cleaned up, but it did not help.   Hi, it is possible Action Center of this HPSA saw this task as completed and this is why it is not.  I recommend that you try to access the Recovery Manager through the start menu. If you select all programs from the start, you should see a list for safety and Protection, click on that and then click on Recovery Manager and finally, you should see a list for the creation of recovery media. Clicking on that brings you to the creation screen.

  If for some reason that there is no option, the only solution I know of "reset" of the option of creating media is to perform a recovery of HP sent a recovery media. Performing a restore partition recovery will not work.
