  • ALT + Enter open the URL highlighted in a new tab.
  • Shift + enter opens the URL highlighted in the current tab.
  • Cursor right copies the URL highlighted in the address bar where you want to change it.

  I did a folio with the InDesign CS5 and Folio Builder (7.0.4 also works.. :).)

• Publish several renderings - Android iPad substitute

  We started working on our magazine publishing to android, so to see how things work, I do a few tests with several publishing renditions such as you get an 800 x 1280 magazine on android (Galaxy 2 specifically for the moment) and 768 x 1024 on iPads.   Whenever you have a problem, after the sample data in a form that people can use to recreate the problem and test their ideas. CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements are great.
  For example:

  If a customer contracts of n, then you might need as much as 2n + lines 1 output for this client:
  (a) 1 row showing the period, not from the date of customers both valid_from 1st contract begins
  (b) n lines indicating the periods under contracts
  (c) n lines indicating the period right after each contract, until the following starts (or valid_to of the client, if there is no next contract)
  However, you will have lines for periods not contacted ((a) or (c)) if their mandate is 0 days.

  This sounds like a job for the UNION. Make a UNION 3 lanes in a subquery to generate (a), (b), and (c), and then put a WHERE clause on the combined, results to filter the lines not length 0.
  In the query subsidiary UNION, (a) can be done with a query GROUP BY, and (c) can be done using the analytical function of LEAD.

  Adobe has lifted the restriction of 1 free folio unofficially sometime before AdobeMAX and advertised it as a normal condition at AdobeMAX, as well as the simple publishing contracts and some other nice stuff from ADP. If you do not need to have an Acrobat.com subscription, unless you're really eager to other benefits of Acrobat.com.

  Loading took the way of the Dodo, a long time ago. But it is rumored that he could be back as a "custom Viewer" feature (not free, I guess) in order to post non-public content in a professional circuit. Again, this is a rumor. Another rumor tells us that side loading could even be done through your local WiFi. Let's see if the Dodo will be back, all new and improved.

  You can install the software on two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or everyone.

  If you install on a third computer, you will be asked to turn off this feature on the other two computers.  You can then re-enable one of the two previous computers and use Cloud Creative apps on it.

  If you regularly need to use creative cloud on more than two computers, it would be better to buy an additional subscription.  It's the same btw license we have for our product pperpetual.  A benefit for Creative cloud above the perpetual product however is that you can install on Mac and Windows with the same subscription!

  Something very odd on a new installation of Mac OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite as well as on an old Mac Mavericks:

  Downloads do not work.

  To be exactly: download every product a blank page. Verifying its content without styles it wants to have Internet Explorer as a client.

• How can I create a single action that hides several items at once?

  I create what I call a "video jukebox", and I would like to find an easier way to switch between videos, according to which the button is clicked. For example, I have 7 videos for viewers to choose.

  On the stage to animate are 7 buttons, each button corresponding to the appropriate video.

  I also added 7 videos of the scene (let's call them Video01.mp4, Video02.mp4, etc.).

  Press each key, I added the following to mousedown:

  2. can I assign a code to a transparent symbol I can superimpose each button so I can't open the actions for each of them? In other words, I would simply drag a symbol on the stage and have the code already attached to it, then all I have to do is change one or 2 lines instead of having to rewrite the entire thing every time.
