creating cloud runs is not on another user

I installed the app to create clouds on account of major users on my Mac. I also installed first. However, when I log off and connect to another user on the computer, the creative application cloud does not work properly. the 'window' is empty (no pattern or text in the window, just white, with the exception of top that says creative cloud). I also noticed that the Adobe Creative Cloud folder is not available me me.

Hello

I think you are referring to the white empty window of CC desktop application.

Please refer to the threads below where this issue has been addressed:

  • Create clouds app may work for specific users, not all users. When connecting?

I use at home (plan of photography) creative cloud on two computers.  The other members of the family do not use or want Photoshop or Lightroom, so when the CreativeCloud app opens when logging - this is not wanted.  As a developer of many years, I know it's * possible * to change the registry, as well as a specific user is running CreativeCloud (on Windows help - HKCU /... instead of HKLM registry key /...).

I searched the communities Adobe and google the net for other people the same question - how to attach CreativeCloud to a specific user (or users) instead of all users...  Nothing.  "I even started to decide where I should spend HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\"Adobe Creative Cloud'=' \"C:\\Program Files (x 86) \\Adobe\\Adobe Creative Cloud\\ACC\\Creative Cloud.exe\" - showwindow = false - onOSstartup = true '.

The problem is that I have to re - hack this whenever the CreativeCloud application is updated (and could end up with two copies running, its slow enough already, thanks) when the updater/Installer rewritten the original key.

Adobe may take the specific needs of users into account?  A computer can be used by several people and want all the same applications.  Irritate everything except a user application design is not good.

    Thank you

  • Create clouds 2015 will not start.  I get a grey icon in the top bar, then disappears.  No way to start it.

    Hello

I'm completely up to date with CC 2015 and all my applications.  CC does not start.  When I run CC, I get a grey-out icon in the top bar for a moment and then disappears.  Double-click on the application of CC causes it to appear greyed out for only a moment. Too much.  I deleted the data OOBE folder.  No help.  I have repaired permissions.  No help.  I secured started. No help. I have reset the PRAM. No help.

I continue to receive notifications to open the Adobe updater but that does not do anything.  If I try to re - install CC, it initializes the installer but dies right there.  The activity monitor shows that creative cloud does NOT run.

I am 10.10.4 running on my Mac.  Any ideas?

    Bill

Well, it seems that there are some problems with permissions on your account.

Go back to your regular account and please try the following steps:

    1. uninstall the application Adobe CC of the machine (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)

2 set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:

    a. / Library/Application Support /.

    (b) /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.

    3. restart the computer.

    4. install the application Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Creative cloud for office)

I'm on an iMac El Capitan 10.11.4 running. All my apps are up to date, but they will not open. The icons just bounce off the dock. Give a Ctrl-click "Application is not responding do not" and then I force quit. I restarted my computer several times, but that did not help. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Someone please help!

    Hi Kelly,

Please force quit Adobe all associated creative processes Cloud, CoreSync, CCLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe CEF Helper, Office Services, Adobe, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash Daemon's Activity Monitor in Mac. Then, start Creative Cloud Desktop Application and reconnect.

If the step above does not, then, please see the article: Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application does not open or shows a spinning wheel of progress

    • Director of office notified me on other updates app for the PS, InDesign etc.

Is there some updates it downloads not, or if I have a problem how can I fix?

    Hello

Ideally creative cloud update should be installed itself. But for some reason if it does not update itself you can uninstall the creative cloud desktop application and install again.

    Uninstall Help https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Install it using Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

  • Creating cloud 2015 does not show updates according to availability

It looks like a version of May 29,

I know there are updates of November 30, it is supposed to be 16.1 Photoshop but when I go to creative cloud that they do not appear. Why?

I have to say that in general they passing cloud CC works are very poor. I'f you have chosen to install a high it is several minutes of "Waiting."... "and no, it's not my Internet. At work I have 600 MB/s (University)

    Why CC is soon bad?

    Thank you

    Michele

Yes, if the updates is greyed out, it means that updates have been removed. This is not done on the dashboard it's done in the creative tool Cloud package when creating the application package. The administrator can package updates and deploy them on you. If they are inexperienced in the package manager, then send it to our documentation.

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/Packager.html

If you want to fix it yourself, then take a look at this article:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Creative-Suite/KB/disable-auto-updates-Application-Manager.html

It gives the location of the file that removes the updates, simply delete or rename this file.

  • Creating cloud downloads does not

Something very odd on a new installation of Mac OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite as well as on an old Mac Mavericks:

    Downloads do not work.

To be exactly: download every product a blank page. Verifying its content without styles it wants to have Internet Explorer as a client.

So I can't have my software on my newly installed MacBook.

Even the Cloud Desktop App Designer is not download.

Is there a problem with the Adobe website?

See saccade cannot access any page with the domain create.adobe.com on the latest Mac OS (neither Chrome nor Safari works...) where is discussed just this topics.

  • Creating clouds apps do not install updates

    Hi all!

If Adobe released updates of creative cloud for all applications. I have a terrible problem. Whenever I click on the 'Update' tab for each available program, my computer waits a few seconds and a new window will open called 'Microsoft Visual C++ x 86 DURATION Minimum - 14.0.23918' and a message pops up saying

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network unavailable resource. Click OK to try again or enter a different path to the folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in the bow below"then three buttons are available with 'OK', 'Cancel' or 'Browse '.

When I click 'OK', I get the following.

"The path"C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{A2563E55-3BEC-3828-8D67-E5E8B9E8B675)v14.0.23026\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_x86\vcr untimeMinimum_x86.msi"was not found. Check that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x 86 Minimum Runtime - 14.0.23026'

I find the files he was trying to install from, but they did not exist, however, I tried other folders for the file he was looking for, but they were not all good either.

    Please can someone help me?
