Creating Cloud applications does not open in the business environment

same question as in creative cloud & authentication proxy? #39. I created the file with the collector logging tool ('AdobeLogs-20052015-1159 - f0135n_0.zip'). How can I provide archive collection of the newspaper? I can't find a way to contact support instead of this forum. Thank you!
