Creating cloud update fails error A12E1
Creative cloud tried to update for a week, but fails every time with the A12E1 error code:
Mac OSX 10.8.4.
Anyone else having this problem?

Please perform the following steps:
(1) restart the computer.
(2) if the error persists, rename the OOBE in OLD OOBE folder of
Mac: MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
3) download Creative cloud once more and try to run.
(4) if it you is still facing a problem then Quit/end the notifier AAM address
Windows:
Press Ctrl Alt Del
Start the Task Manager
Click on the "processes" tab and check if you have AAMNotifier running
If Yes, click end task
Mac:
Go to Spotlight (magnifying glass at the top right on your screen)
Type activity monitor
Press ENTER to open the activity monitor
Check in activity for AAMNotifier monitor
Leave this process if you find

Problem:
Creative Cloud desktop is installed. Connect on cloud creative works. Applications can be installed, BUT applications cannot be updated. Error message: "cannot happen on the Adobe servers."
System:
Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit
What I've tried so far:
1. all uninstalled, ran CC Cleaner Tool, computer rebooted, reinstalled.
2 disabled the Windows Firewall and Microsoft Security Essentials. The router is reloaded. -It is a home network, not a managed network.
3 checked everything this page told me to: sign activation, or connection errors. CC, CS6, CS5.5
-Internet connection is fine
-Course work sites
-Hosts file is clean
-GlobalSign Root CA certificate is OK, just to be sure, I downloaded a new copy and re-installed the certificate
4 checked aamu.log in the users folder. It shows the chain of U43M1D212 error as the reason code to download update failed.

Do you already have the Traceroute report for swupdl.adobe.com results you provided ISP, Eircom? I would agree that same your own tests, it seems to be tied to your ISP. They should be able to take your traceroute results and report any irregularity to the hosted servers.
As an alternative, you can try using another reliable DNS server. He can't help if there is a lack of infrastructure, but it is the test only replacing, I can think of if you are unable to change your Internet Service provider.
I did a quick search on our data on the case before responding to this message. I found three different people, using Eircom, who have all the failures reported in the last month update.

Download and run Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. You can download it from this website
http://www.Adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Once if you please and rename it OOBE OOBE.old folder from the location mentioned.
/ Library/Application Support/Adobe /.
Download and install Creative Cloud Desktop App from this location
https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
If none of the above steps work then please create another Admin user account and try to install Creative Cloud Desktop app it.

No need to uninstall other Adobe applications, except Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app. Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Disable the firewall temporarily. [Optional step]
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.

Well its got to be windows XP update - see the KB article.
In any case, I thought about it. "C:\WINDOWS\system32\iacenc.dll is present" means that update does not need to create the file if it exists. Unfortunately, the existing file is 0KB in length and the process of Microsoft update is too stupid to understand this.
To resolve this problem, I deleted the file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\iacenc.dll, then ran the update and it is finished.

I have this error everytime I try to update photoshop CC2015, I did uninstall the program, the cloud, the old version, reinstall and the problem persists, I looked through the error number and nothing, until this photoshop works very well, with the exception of the Welcome screen, simply appear a grey empty square. Any body else having this problem?

I tried to uninstall DW CS6 and downloading/installing at least twice and always end up here.
(Note that I have CC DW & a beta installed too).
Could someone informed please shed some light on this problem? (I can send the entire log if necessary).

I'm sorry - my Mac recently have a utility called xtraFinder that, among other things, ordered files on top (windows style) - something that I didn't used to, when I jumped in the utilities and types "teen," he showed me a few Adobe files and not file (since it's at the top)...
As user error, even if I was a Mac guru for an eternity.
I removed anyway - DW CS6 using this link and removed the CC DW too, because I suspected that was causing the problem.
Then, I installed DW CS6 and updated it is fine.
Then, I installed DW CC and updated it is fine.
Finally, all right.

Windows 7 Build 7600, Windows Update failed: Error Code 80096004
Whenever I try to update my Windows 7 Home Edition Build 7600 through Windows Update, I get most of my updates reported as failures, and you try to update results once again updates failed fault and fault again, as in they are always fail. This computer is only a few weeks and I was never able to update windows properly and I always "error (s) found: Code 80096004.»
I'm under Alienware BIOS A09 if this is any help, and windows is genuine through the OEM. I got non-genuine errors in previous windows that were due to windows update failures, and yesterday I restored my computer to factory default which has removed all errors except windows update errors. So, to get these updates correctly will mitigate hope-other problems I have.
I used to receive the codes of error such as 80096003 and another who was something similar (do not remember exactly the code) to 8001b 010. Cutting windows firewall has removed these errors happen in windows update, or so I think.
Anyway, the real culprit right now, I believe is the "error (s) found: Code 80096004.» How can I fix this error in my Windows Update so that I can continue to update? Whenever Windows Update tries to download updates, the process of "Download" will always result in a constant 0% and never pass and will always fail. I have about 30 updates, I need to download/update and catch him. Most are updated critical or very important.
