  I want to create a document in numbers that will be used as a presentation and a document linked - I want to do this rather than create graphs in numbers to save as PDF to then place them in InDesign or Powerpoint.

  I created a spreadsheet that contains charts and other content (explanatory text and diagrams etc.), but it is not clear where the edges of the page will be be.until I go to the print command. I had to draw guides for each page and estimate where the content will go. Doesn't seem to be a point of view that I can use to do this.

  There will be many other leaves of calculation that contains the data tables to link to the main spreadsheet.

  Is it possible to see the document (top view) as if ti where A4 landscape pages?

  Numbers, in my opinion, this is terrible at this particular task. I think you have to see how the content will be page in your own question.  You need to move the content to get it placed so it fits on the pages you want.

  You can pull numbers from other tables, even tables that are not in the same spreadsheet (tab).  But without a script a bit bulky will not pump you the values of a separate document numbers.

  In number because it is easy to have multiple tables on a single sheet, and there may be multiple sheets in a document, I recommend you organize your time-past data is self-contained in a single document.

  In addition, it is much easier to build a summary information in a table, it is to consolidate data from different tables. Then you might consider making your time spent in a table entries.  Then you can extract summaries of project, etc. a table.

  You create a document by using an application of word processor like Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect or OpenOffice Writer.  Think of it as a broad a page roll.

  When you print the document, you can print all pages of the document on one sheet of paper (the normal default value), or you can print on both sides of a sheet of paper.

  You can create multi-page scans using the HP scanning application, you can find it under Applications\Hewlett-Packard.

  Full scans by adding the necessary pages, at the end click on save to complete the analytical work.

  This is called a fusion and mailing. There is a possibility of Embedment in some versions of Excel (via the Acrobat PDFMaker plugin), or it can be done using a script.

  It's a question of how the recipients e-mail programs deal with attachments. Many e-mail programs will open all the files they can handle, including files jpg and PDF, by default, and if the recipient has not changed that there is nothing you can do about it. The only solution is to the compress first, then it will be delivered as an attachment, allowing the recipient to decompress and open it.

  I've been using Presto Pagemanager 6, which was delivered with two scanners I use on various PCs family and find it very useful. During this semester, I was not able to use it either on my PC under XP Professional or newer Windows 7 PC as it starts just to start and then gives the message error "could not create document empty." I recently needed to create multiple and trendy scans on the old laptop running XP that has not been updated for about a year and he ran the program without any problem. So I think it's a compatibility problem, possibly with Windows updates if it may be something else. I tried to change the anti virus software, and as another forum suggested on the same message in another program, change the default printer, but none has worked. Any thoughts would be welcome.  Thank you.

  You can create a new document with tasks defined in CMYK profile and save it here:

  /Users/ [username] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator 19 / fr_FR / New Document profiles

  Why would you do that, though? The laboratory is the best way to represent a blot of ink, if you print with the tones, and if you're not, it is best to not use them.
