• Mail rules, creation of multiple copies of the same message

  I have set up three rules of e-mail in Outlook Express 6 for four e-mail accounts so that incoming emails go to a certain folder depending on which mail account, it is sent to (the fourth goes to the Inbox).  My problem is that if someone sends an email to multiple recipients, i.e. at the address #1 and CC address #2 and #3 address, I get the email as many times as there are beneficiaries in each folder, in this case three copies per issue, for a total of nine copies of the same message.  Why does this happen?  Is this because all four addresses are set up with the same host and so are one in the same?

  How do I get an email to the appropriate folder, without receiving multiple, including when someone is CC had?

  First, create a local folder to be used as a second Inbox and name it anything you want. (Reception-2 box)?  Use it to one of the accounts, as well as the default Inbox for the other. Add more as needed.
   
  Then create a message rule.
   
  Where the message comes from the specified account.
  Move it to the specified folder & stop processing more rules.
  Click: specified account and enter the account name for the second Inbox.
  Click: specified folder and select the folder that you created.
  Name the rule.
   
  Move this rule at the top of the list of rules , and incoming messages will be separated into their respective folders.

• Creation of multiple versions of the same symbol

  I am currently using Adobe Flash CC on my macbook pro. I am trying to create different versions of a symbol. The one I have now has a walk cycle. If I duplicate symbol and start working with it, the changes that I have to him affect the original! How can I make different versions and chronology with the same symbol without them affecting one another? I need to know as soon as POSSIBLE, because it is a project.

  Right click on the symbol in the library and click on duplicate.  This will create a symbol that can be modified independently of the original.

• Cloud creation wants to make changes

  I have an annoying popup that tells me 'Creative cloud wants to make changes' and asks for my password CC. But when I enter the password it will not accept it. But if I press CANCEL, the popup returns in five seconds. I know that the password is correct, because I can connect in CC and also my adobe account.

  I thought maybe it was a virus, but if so, it has infected my work and home Macs. The only way to get rid of this popup (which is above all) is to stop smoking creative cloud. I asked Adobe for help but they have shrugged.

  This screen is asking your computer password to make the necessary changes. It of the Mac mechanism to authenticate if you are the Admin user or not.

• Creation of multiple Lightbox galleries on a single Page

  Hey,.

  I am creating 3 different galleries on a single page using lightbox for each gallery.

  When you hover over images 3 deer, "Graphics", 'Web Sites' and 'Fabric Art' are the roll more images. I want to make each clickable so a lightbox Gallery opens with the Gallery said.

  The issue I'm having is when I set the button for the light therapy device on the first deer (on the left, for "graphic" design), for some reason any invisible button to the lightbox makes it revert to the original image. Why? Not sure! There is a small space between where is the invisi-button and the edge of the deer so roll on image appears, but not hovering over the button of the lightbox Gallery... Make sense?

  NVM ~ figured it out:

  Just had to do the "trigger" for the lightbox, the real image of the deer with a substitution effect ~ DUH!

• APEX Bug: Creation Bug, or make the Application Builder

  In the page editing screen application Builder:
  
  -Click the icon of legend at top right (left of the lock icon)
  -You have the option to create a task, a bug, or comment
  -Click on a task or a Bug
  -Scroll on the pop-up screen and in a context of application they have no application or pages to choose from
  
  The problem disappears if you use the create menu (top-right)
  -Select this option to make or Bug
  -If you scroll on the pop-up screen in a context of application good application numbers and page are displayed.

  You need the files in separate rules for the construction of separate dimensions.
  You can use the same metadata file well.

  Remove the block above your WLST Script, it looks like the problem the current INCORRECT management object as the error operating system indicates also the same.

• Transition of the sole author of Multiple authoring environment

  I was the only author of a WebHelp project moderately important for several years now.  Due to organizational changes, including a change in my position, my direction ma direction want to get me the project on 3 three new writers who serve as help authoring.  I'm currently RH11 running but will be upgrading to RH15 to ease the transition.  Because we have never had more than one author for the project, I have a few questions for the community multi-creation regarding:

  1. Required software:  As I said, I'll upgrade to
     RH15.  We have an Adobe volume license and buy RH15 licenses for new authors.  Is there any other software which must be purchased for the group or user to facilitate the creation of multiple?  I saw RoboSource Control mentioned in many positions in this community.
  2. Cloud Computing:  Must the software RH15 reside on the user's PC?  My company went for cloud computing.  Most PCs are thin clients running applications and programs of the Cloud.  This would be a problem for several authors share a RH15 project?
  3. Disk C relative to the sharing of disk access:  If the new HR authors are able to get an exception for cloud computing, which is convenient current or the best approach for sharing project:
     • Each author home a copy of the project locally on their C drive and upload their changes in a project file "master" on a shared drive?
     • If the authors take turns accessing the project to a shared drive?
     • Others?
  4. Creation of several trainings:
     Cords or suggestions on formal training for the multi-authoring using RH15?  I proposed a formal training in my leadership being that I'm an autodidact and never made a multiples of the creation.

  I look forward to feedback from the community on this issue.

  2. It is a personal installation. You can install on a remote VMware computer if you want to race there. But you have to take the computer with remote desktop support to use it. (Essentially: one local installation on another machine.) Not sure about the exact thought of licenses.
  3. Best performance is a local copy on each C drive. The source control server will have the master copy. Taking turns on a network drive is a simple way to collaborate without source code control.
  4. I know of no specific training. Myself and others provide consultations on the creation of multi and looking for probably a day.

  Forget not the only multiple makes copies. The main forum is a copy, it remains as it was before the Multiple. And the join does not know how to merge magically all the data of each copy in the main forum. It takes that code as well in the join. Otherwise, your main instance will remain intact.

  If I understand your example, you're not updating the values of the instance variables of your main instance, only copies.

  If you want to get a number that corresponds to the sum of all values sent by all participants in the Multiple, you must make the amount inside the join:

  This.var2 = this.var2 + copy.var1;
  (don't forget to initialize var2 in the primary instance)

  In this way, whenever a copy arrives at the join, var2 is added the value typed in the participant of this particular copy.

  No and probably not. Some may choose several libraries as a way to manage multiple devices. Personally, I have my main library, another that I use only with iTunes game, and several that I could use to test behavior iTunes when I answer questions and I want to correct the details. Most activities in iTunes causes the .itl file update and the .xml so it is created. It is likely to be some kind of non-linear relationship between the size of the library and the time required to process updates. Each smart playlist should be updated when the data changes. Most of the smart playlists and playlist folders you more than the activity takes. Avoid creating the .xml if you don't need it, the control is in iTunes > Preferences > advanced.
