• Creative cloud disappeared and will not re - install

  So I had to installed creative cloud and used it very well, but then it disappeared somehow. Now I tried to reinstall it but does not even open the setup.exe. I have not received any error messages or anything like that because it simply not open.

  It seems that the exe file has been corrupted, please remove the desktop app using cleaning tool.

  Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

  Also rename the location Adobe application manager

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

  Again try to install the creative cloud using this link.

  Download Adobe Creative cloud apps | Free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud

  Please check that no firewall and antivirus enabled on the computer and also you should have full administrator privileges.

  It seems that the application is installed, but it is not updated. Could you please restart the computer and try the update again. In the case of any questions/error, click details and look at the error message. Please provide us with the screenshot of the error message.
