Creative Cloud Apps installed, but don't open - what to do?

I installed creative cloud and downloaded several apps (InDesign and PhotoShop) for the free trial version.

Applications are installed and up to date, but I can't open them...

How to solve it?

Please follow the steps below:

1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support

  • Creative cloud
  • Basic timing & sync to basic support
  • CC library & process CCX
  • Adobe Common Desktop
  • Adobe update daemon
  • Broker CIB Adobe
  • After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her

2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go-To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return'. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)

3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater

4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.

5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change that no matter where (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)

These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.

6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect

    All creative programs say they are up-to-date. They have not been registered as I could not opened a still. I'm running one ate 2014 MBP with a 2.8 i7 processor, 16 GB of ram and an SSD 1 TB with 600 GB of free space.


    I uninstalled the programs and have reinstalled with the same result. I also followed solutions to other problems for programs starting or loading, without success. Any help to solve this problem or the direction of a former validated solution would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm a little annoyed by the fact that I am facing a Stock lookup field in the section tool creative cloud for OS X Apps.

    Usability-wise Apps is for applications, not in Stock. Especially since it has a dedicated section. It makes it less clear Apps section and feels like an attempt to push Stock purchases. And to be honest, do it like this, it only stimulates me to study stocks even less.

    I feel your pain - this is a terrible decision UX to be there. If I had to guess, I imagine that he was forced by a person in marketing rather than something with that designers came.

    I came up with a fix for this problem in Windows, and I hope that you can adapt it for OS X as well.

    How to remove Adobe Stock from the creative Panel Cloud Apps

    1. First, go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\AppsPanel\resource\ui\resources\js\view (or the equivalent folder on your system)
    2. Make a backup copy of bannerView.js so that you can return the changes we make, if it becomes necessary
    3. Use a text editor such as Visual Studio Code (free for Windows, OS X and Linux) to open bannerView.js and scroll down to the line 116
    4. Select and delete this all var stock_banner =... section and replace it with var stock_banner = "; (i.e. two single quotes, not double quotes)
    5. Save the file and close your text editor (Important: due to how work file permissions, you may need to save the file to a folder first and then copy it from there back to the display folder to overwrite the original)
    6. Quit and restart Adobe Creative Cloud (under Windows, you need to go to the CC, right click, and then quit system tray icon to exit completely) and voila! No more boring Stock in the applications Panel banner:

    It is a fairly simple change to a text file, but of course Adobe does not recommend or support it. So if you are not confident by making a change like this, please do. It is also possible that you will have to re - apply the patch, whenever the main creative cloud application is updated.

    Great heb ik cloud creative gedownload en CC Lightroom (2015). In het Creative Cloud window geeft hij dat aan update of Lightroom is, wat zou betekenen dat als ik er op klik hij zou like open maar dat gebeurd niet. ALS ik op het bureaublad pictogram klik squeeze ik een foutmelding (toepassingsfout). IK heb het manage programma al twee keer Hotel doors en opnieuw gedownload en heb echt geen wat ik nog kan doen meer idea. Bij voorbaat dank!

    Please try to delete folder OOBE to this place than the launch and the connection to CC Deslktop apps.

    Windows:

    C:\Users\(your username) \AppData\Local\Adobe

    Mac:

    ~/Library/application support/Adobe

    Can you please if you tried to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop App already? If Yes, kindly try the following steps and let us know if this solves the problem for you.

    1. Close the creative cloud application.
    2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
      Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
      Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
    3. Delete the file opm.db.
    4. Launch the creative cloud.
