Creative Cloud billing question

Hello - I bought Adobe Illustrator a few months back and paying $ 21 per month for the subscription.  I need to change the billing credit card but when I access my account with my Adobe ID, I can't find my billing anywhere information.  I checked under Plans and products, and it says that my creative cloud membership is free. Help!

    Currently 5 Lightroom and I have a laptop model (2010 i3) more old who struggles for the edition of raw photos. Ready to go to CC to get 6 Lightroom and Photoshop but will need a new computer. So my question is if I agree with CC now, it'll work on a new computer, or I have to buy a new subscription?

    This is a long explanation. The short answer, I found...

    1. Open a session.
    2. Get your subscription transaction IDs by clicking on the link "Membership creative cloud" here:
      https://Store1.Adobe.com/cfusion/store/HTML/index.cfm?event=displaySubscriptions
    3. Paste your transaction on the end of this URL ID:
      https://www.Adobe.com/cfusion/support/index.cfm?event=printReceipt&OID= [YOUR subscription Transaction ID here]

    This should make it easier to print invoice. Then simply choose to save as PDF in your browser print dialogue. Works for me, for now. I would always get PDF files automatically sent by e-mail to my Department accounts or something. I hope this helps.

  • Creative cloud installer question

    After downloading Creative Cloud for Mac, it gives me an option to double-click the Adobe icon I did and he asked my password I did enter correctly & application simply does not answer. I did the process continuously, no response. Could you please suggest me what to do?

  • Creative cloud, Photoshop questions and Typekit

    Two of my team members have problems with creative cloud, the two cannot seem to connect to CC and the other lost a file due to Typekit is not able to connect and get the font used in a PSD file. This forced him to exit the application, we can not seem to find the problem.

  • Creative cloud installation questions

    A few weeks ago Adobe Photoshop CS3, which was working fine, suddenly stopped working on my computer.  I tried everything to start it and it would pop-up on the logon message, open the program and give me an error message and stops suddenly.  I uninstalled and tried to reinstall the program with no luck.  My husband is a photographer and CS5 that we have tried to install... still no luck.  There also a creation account of cloud and tried to install the new PS on my computer, and although creative cloud downloads and installs when you open CC there is a spinning wheel which will not stop. never.  I've included a screenshot below.

    I regularly use photoshop for my clients and his frustration in not being able to understand why my computer is not able to run it. I even downloaded the clean uninstall from Adobe's Web site, uninstalled everything, reinstalled everything and still nothing.  Its been more than a month now and I had to use PS on my husbands computer, which can be frustrating sometimes have to change computers to perform a small task.

    I have a 2011 mid under OS X 10.10.5 iMac.

  • Download creative cloud App question

    I am trying to download an App - Adobe Audition, but when I click on the folder of creative cloud App I just get a blue spinning wheel and the CC icon remains dim.  I'm on a Macbook and I have never had trouble to download the App before. Help, please!

    You would be able to access your CS5 even you buy the creative offer updated cloud.

    It will be valid and your new creative cloud redirecting will not affect your CS5 product or its serial number.

  • Installation of creative cloud, General questions

    I had the trial version of the creative cloud, and now that I bought the addition of students and teachers. My credit card has been charged, so I thought that I could download and install, but the site says that she believes that I am trying to install a pirated version of the cloud! I need to know:

    (1) Will Adobe send me an activation code that I need to enter before I can download my apps on the cloud? I did receive an email of confirmation yet, just a confirmation of order

    (2) do I have to uninstall any trial apps I would have perhaps already on my computer, he comes into conflict with the paid version of the program?

    (3) do I need to do a new Adobe account using my student email? Or do the work of an old well to install the apps?

    The CC is active, it has been activated twice, if it is not the third install then please disconnect & reconnect the CC desktop application.

    Then launch Photoshop, it should not give any other error.

  • Creative cloud subscription question

    64 + 32-bit Photoshop goes into test mode whenever I open it. Sometimes it crashes again.

    Already launched updated day.1 for Photoshop.

    Runnin ' on Windows 7 Ultimate. (64-bit)

    There is no update via the Manager.

    Makes me nuts tbh. Can someone please help with this?

    Many of us here with paid subscriptions and the ongoing businesses that depend on the use of our Adobe software have this problem. It is unacceptable, because it causes a large buffet, lost of time in billable hours and extensions to deadlines wich affect the sustainability of our businesses. Then he he position of Adobe that we simply wait for a new update that can solve our problems? What a waste of time and revenue?

  • How many computers can I use creative Cloud applications?

    In the FAQ here Creative Cloud help | Creative cloud / common Questions it says I can install and activate the software on two machines.

    However, when I try to activate the software on computer2, I get "no subscriptions available. It is enabled only on a single machine right now.

    So basically, I'm wondering if the FAQ is wrong, or if I did something wrong?

    Note: I am a member of a 'team' as my company is the entity that purchased the subscription. Do not know if it matters...
