Creative cloud can not be updated
My work internet connection but when CC download the update, it stops at every time of 2% and said 'try to connect to the server' but nothing never happen. Any help?

Please follow the steps below and check it, if it helps:
1 - click wheel settings in the upper right of the cloud creative app > Preferences > sign out
2 force quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task for Adobe on the process from the Task Manager (e.g. cc, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

MAC: Right-click on the icon in the Finder and select the 'Go - To' folder option. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol") ~/Library (It will open the folder of the user's library.)
Then go to the Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater so trash
WINDOWS: C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE times 4-
MAC: Go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > privacy and security > firewall > TURN OFF (to do this, you will need to click on the padlock in the lower left of this machine and then enter your mac password)
Go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > Security and privacy > General > allow applications downloaded on should be in ANY
WINDOWS: see, turn the firewall on or off - Windows Windows help
5 make sure there is no other Internet active safety program - if it is then go ahead and launch CC app and login and check

Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
2)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up selected."
3) click on the link below and download file Creative Cloud install and use the same to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Update problem - need creative Cloud - can not install or uninstall the creative cloud
Updated until 2015 for CC. Found I needed InDesign CC 2014 of a plugin we use to function.
CC InDesign uninstalled and reinstalled CC 2014 2015. Now Creative Cloud says that he is missing or damaged.
I tried to reinstall, didn't work. Tried to uninstall, could not because I CC apps.
Any ideas how to make this work?

Creative cloud can not connect behind a proxy.
One of the more stupid things that Adobe has done is this stupid creative Cloud solution. We have several users who are unable to access the cloud creative because the "brain" (and I use that term in a broad sense) Adobe decided to change their application without any warning.
When you use Adobe Application Manager, the software would not connect to the Adobe servers when you use a proxy, but it was fine because that at least worked on authentication. Now, even this fails since the update of Adobe Application Manager creative Cloud Desktop App. After a lot of tests and countless tests to try to find a complete application that needs to be constantly updated every time it connects to the internet, I was able to establish that if a proxy pac file is used, then the application does not connect and fails because it cannot find the internet. When a proxy server and port is used, then it connects, but this isn't an appropriate solution.
Is there someone who was able to use the pac files proxy software enabled?
BTW, here are a few interesting responses from Adobe support which was without support or advanced experts:
"You have a connection to the internet?" - after the remote access to my computer... OF THE INTERNET
"You must start the computer in safe mode." "" ME: "why?" Support: "because this release resources to run the application.
"It seems that the Internet is not working" - after repeatedly clicking try again
"" "I'll contact level 2 support and we will be able to help you, because our main concern is that you can get a connection" me: "How long this will take?" Support: "a few hours" - 4 hours later and still no word from tech support and I've worked on the issue.
So for all those of Adobe, which really wants to help, I'm still waiting on my reminder.
All the others, I would like to know if someone has managed to get this working with proxy pac files.
For any one trying to get this stupid thing work, I could find a solution for our environment.
Adding to both a proxy for users pac file and then allowing server application Proxy settings. This allowed the Adobe Creative Cloud app to connect to internet and update. It also means that we didn't need to add sites in our list of filters, as they were already enabled for users.

Creative cloud will not download updates
This morning the creative cloud icon indicated that I had updated for Photoshop and Lightroom. When I click on Photoshop, nothing happened. No file has been shown download in the window of cloud. So I tried Lightroom with the same result.
I left creative cloud and re-launched. Now, all I get is a gear under "Apps". I restarted my household wi - fi with the same results... a gear. Never had this happen before.
Anyone with ideas here?

Creative cloud will not be updated.
Whenever I have try and update my Adobe Creative cloud applications, they never seem to work. They charge up to 50% and 74%, and then it breaks down. He says I "cannot retrieve the files to download. Retry to download again (U44M1I210) press". It happens so regularly that I put off updating. I tried on wifi as well as an Ethernet cable, and it never works. Is there something I can do to stop this? What exactly is the problem and how can I solve this problem?

I just bought a license of creative cloud over the use of my hotmail as a connection account, but I can't seem to set up applications. The connection doesn't let me change my email to my ID I used to test a software.

Creative cloud does not display updated current
I run creative cloud on 2 computers, computer laptop and post work (MAC OS X Yosemite). The laptop CC app displays updates available at present, my workstation (MacPro @2009) does not display the available updates. I disconnected and folder; disconnected, uninstalled the app, rebooted, reinstalled and signed, but still do not see updates according to availability.
What steps should I take to get updates, have the CC app show, etc.?

For all those who research this, I wanted to share a solution that worked for me after an hour with Adobe.
Close all Adobe applications. Sign out of cloud creative app and leave. Activity Monitor allows you to stop smoking whatever it is running from Adobe. (Featuring infinite red icon)
Go to users > Admin > library > Application Support > Adobe > AAMUpdater > 1.0 and delete AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat
Open the creative cloud app and sign in. Updates should appear.

Please refer to the procedure below:
If you are using MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater
4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect
If you use the WINDOW:
1 complete the process / Task Manager tasks in the same order, as mentioned below the Manager tasks. See, Open the Task Manager
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) 3 - CUT any security software installed with firewall system, also if your having any browser Add On installed for blocking advertising that turn off too.
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect
