Creative cloud can't find my LR and PS apps to download on the second computer.
Hi all
I'm new to this community and hoping that someone will be able to help.
I try to download my apps subscription of Lightroom and Photoshop on a second computer. I installed Creative cloud but when I open it it just scrolls and scrolls and shows nothing.
I use a Macbook and Yosemite. What is the problem?
Any help would be accepted with gratitude. Not much of a geek!

Currently, I have a monthly subscription of creative cloud and have installed CC2014 and up running on my iMac 5 K.

When I hit the creative cloud icon it starts updating creative cloud but stops at 2 percent and said to try to connect to the server, and does nothing else. My internet is fine. I have Adobe master collection installed on this laptop. I disabled my firewall to see if that helped, but it does not work.

Creative cloud can't find my subscription

7 days now that I have subscribed to the creative cloud for photos. (means Photoshop Camera Raw and Lightroom)
Problem is that even though I'm connected with my account, creative cloud seems to have problems to detect my licenses.
I tried to restart the software, restart the computer, uninstall and re install... I also tried to click on the wheel (at the top right of windows cloud creative) to search for updates, but nothing.
Also I can not contact customer service because I'm always working during opening hours. Over the past years, I had a problem similar to this one (only for photoshop) but no Adobe has been able to help me. Ahhh... I had to cancel my account.
Maybe someone can help me?
BTW, if there are some mistakes in my English, I'm sorry, I'm doing my best, but it is not my first language.

I recently tried to update my creative cloud desktop application, which failed. So I uninstalled the app from my system (windows 7 Professional). And now I get this error whenver I try to download the creative application of cloud. It's really frustrating. Last time around what happened I had to factory restore my system and redownload the apps together. Hope that this time there is an easier way.

Yes, I finally managed to install/update - after I tried patches, I tried various browsers. IE is the only one that worked.

can't see the cc apps to download on the second desktop
I just installed cc desktop application in order to install photoshop on my second computer. It does not show me the version I bought, CS6, it only shows the ability to 'TRY' Photoshop CC2014.

In fact, you NEED to install your CS6 using media you already own (discs in a box, or download files has been purchased) not the cloud... that is IF you have a serial number

You can not buy CS5. Adobe sells only current products, i.e. CS6 or creative cloud. Creative cloud is a subscription model, which means that you rent the software as long as you want to use.

I can't access my cloud applications creative adobe correctly for the plan of photography. I used to have the full plan and move in terms of photography, and now I can't access my apps under the creative cloud.
