I recently tried to update my creative cloud desktop application, which failed. So I uninstalled the app from my system (windows 7 Professional). And now I get this error whenver I try to download the creative application of cloud. It's really frustrating. Last time around what happened I had to factory restore my system and redownload the apps together. Hope that this time there is an easier way.

Yes, I finally managed to install/update - after I tried patches, I tried various browsers. IE is the only one that worked.

The browser you are using to download the application? Any browser that you use, it is recommended to clean the browser cache and then exit the browser, restart it and log in with your credentials for http://creative.adobe.com and then on the tab Download Center, download Photoshop.

Please perform the below data as follows:
Clean the connection of the user being cached information.
- Leave the creative Cloud Desktop application.
- Open the activity monitor (Mac) of the projector or the Task Manager (Windows) and ends at Adobe all processes. You can find the process as AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, Adobe crash the daemon process.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
- Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
- Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
- Remove the OOBE.
- Launch the creative cloud.

I try to install the creative cloud desktop application in order to install the software on my Mac CC. I downloaded the Adobe installer and start installation then accident in the middle of the. There is no error message, he just left. I tried to create a new administrator account in system preferences (such as suggested in Adobe's Support pages) and tried to install when you logged into this account, but the same thing happens...

Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up selected."
Then try to install Adobe Creative Cloud app again.

Creative Cloud installer gets to halfway through downloading the desktop application, then disappears, no download, why is this?
I recently bought a student for the 'full package' subscription, my credit card has been charged. Then I download the installer of creative cloud from the site, that's fine, and then I double click the installer of creative cloud according to the instructions, it starts downloading the desktop application, but is only halfway, then disappears.
I tried using safari and chrome, restarted my computer, but none worked.
I noticed that the site won't keep me logged long either, it keeps switching to BUY instead of DOWNLOAD.
Any ideas?

Help! How to use my existing software? Adobe offers hotline for "Versions of outdated software" and it does not seem like someone he understands what my problem is anyway. I can't be the only one that this has happened. My software has worked great for years before that. Trying to navigate mess of Adobe customer taken in charge with this situation resulted in nothing more than a HUGE loss of brand loyalty.
All ideas are welcome. I use a Mac.

I bought last night the license creative cloud for students, but it's still not available for download. I can just download the demo version of each application and then once they are installed, a message appears and says buy app! What is the problem? Also, if I try to reboot the adobe id site said that I bought the creative cloud but I have no registered product, no serial number and help it is totally non-existent.

I bought Adobe Creative Cloud (student), but Adobe Application Manager says "trial has expired", I tried restarting and disconnection / connection and the message is still there. I have a Macbook pro of the retina 2015, Mac OSX Yosemite. I bought the pack today. the applications run, but it's confusing, the trial message remains displayed in the Adobe Application Manager.
