Creative cloud - do not have full access

I was assigned "Complete creative cloud - members" with the benefits of level on corporate work force. I accepted the invitation and downloaded applications cloud creatives. However, certain pre-existing applications to Adobe trial version on my computer seem to ask questions. I'm only able to use the trial versions of some applications, and I don't have access to others. I thought that creative cloud was supposed to give me access to the complete collection of Adobe applications. Do I need to uninstall all Adobe applications before accepting the invitation to creative cloud?

Hello Chris,

Yes, you should get access to applications if you plan to full membership.

If you still get 'Buy now' on applications, please follow the steps given.

Please check and remove entries from the host file (if available):

Close all Adobe also activity monitor processes.

Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.

In a window of Finder, select go > go to folder.

Type/etc

Select the hosts file and open it with a text editor.

Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.

Look for the original hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.

Save and close to overwrite the file.
