Creative cloud does not work arghghg

Hi, are there members of the staff there who can help me activate my creative cloud apps. I click on one, a message appears saying to renew your subscription (which I did last week) I click on try again, a new window says "thanks, your subscription now active, click on continue to use this product" I click on continue and the first window opens again, a frustrating continuous loop. I chatted wit support, they have been no help, and they all say the same thing, "we really understand and I will increase the cases with the highest priority."

Best to enter key with support to get help to find the root cause. When you are prompted several times most of the time the license cannot read / written correctly in the system.

Difficult access to the license files: in Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Creative Cloud Configuration Error (solution 2) or performing a new installation:
