Creative Cloud Files, do not at all synchronization?

I therefore just subscribed in the cloud of Adobe creative, installed all the programs I need and tried the Cloud Storage, which unfortunately did not work.

I installed the application of CC desktop and activated the storage cloud from there. However, the folder and the files that I put in the creative Cloud files were not uploaded.

Then I tried to create a folder using the access by browser. Creating the folder was no problem, but again, it does not appear in my local Creative Cloud Files folder.

I tried also to activate the backup option Auto project in Premiere Pro. But the first told me I need to install the creative Cloud desktop application and set up the cloud storage (which I've done). Synchronize settings of Premiere Pro is not as well.

I restarted my computer and reinstall the creative application of cloud, neither of which had no effect. I installed the creative application of cloud on my desktop and on my laptop, file synchronization does not work on both devices.

Maybe I am doing something wrong? Or, as I just started the subscription yesterday (using sampling for payment; money has not yet been charged), CC file synchronization is not yet unlocked or something like that?

I don't have the notification or error messages, it does not at all. None of the Adobe programs is blocked in my firewall. Any ideas on what could cause this or how to fix it?

Gin - San, there was a question that would have affected some users that has now been resolved. Could you try to synchronize again and let me know if it still does not?

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Recently my imac died, the hard drive somehow failed and never worked again, so I changed the hard drive completely. So when I reinstalled all my software, I download the creative cloud desktop application and started to download software and noticed that everything was in TRIAL VERSION, I review that my subscription was not finished, and he was not, it ends in July but my subscription for one year of creative cloud is not recognized, even that I am connected to. Help, please

  • Download the creative cloud file does not

For the past two weeks the image download for files shared creative cloud stopped working.

As we use creative cloud to share the progress of the project with our client and used to take advantage of integration in our operating system and the creative suite a lot it is extremely annoying.

  • Creative sync Cloud file does not work

This is not the first time it happened. I rely on creative cloud file synchronization to work in 2 locations. Once, he simply stopped sync all together and I had to be on the phone with a technician for hours for repair. Now on my work computer, the active tab in the application is empty, there is nothing to synchronize and even some options do not appear. To be honest, this creative cloud has nothing of the trouble caused to me. Difficulty this huge annoyance Adobe. The app is not completely reliable. Someone knows how to fix this? I already tried a logout and back in. I can't uninstall because it won't let me say that I have apps that depend on the application.

    Thank you

  • Why have I not two record creative Cloud suddenly with different data in each folder (a folder called Creative Cloud Files (unknown))

This morning, I've connected and started working as usual. When I went to save on I noticed a new folder in the Bridge, called "Creative Cloud Files (unknown) without data in it. Weird, but what ever. So I recorded my file and dinked around a structure of files and cleaned a little. I have noticed that my sharing icon disappeared from records and questioned on this subject, but kept the job because I'm on a deadline.

So now it is wobbly data to the new file folder that does not match the original file of CC. I don't know where are my latest files and some files are all simple missing. I'm increased and confused about what is happening. Can someone shed some light on this?

With the recent update of the application of Creative Cloud Desktop (1.9.1.474), we have unfortunately introduced a bug that causes the creation of a new Creative Cloud Files folder and re-synchronization of all content. This will happen only the first time that the synchronization application runs after the update. This caused an understandable pain and confusion, for which we really apologize.

Creative application Cloud Files contains a logic that supports the use of several Adobe ID. This allows to disconnect from an ID and in, but keeps the contents of your separate creative cloud. When you sign out and change identifiers, the app moves the previous creative Cloud Files folder and it's content and he adds with the already signed in ID (User@AdobeID). Then, it creates a main folder and begins to synchronize the content of the identification of new.

The bug I mentioned earlier occurs, as the app believes an ID selector took place and as such, moves the current record of Creative Cloud Files and attempts to annex the already signed in ID. As no switch actually took place, it manifests as (unknown).  The application then creates a main folder to synchronize the data.

What you end up with is essentially a creative Cloud Files folder with your new synchronized data and a creative Cloud Files (unknown) folder that contains duplicate data.

This happens once, after the last update.

The solution is to simply delete the (unknown) Creative Cloud Files folder.

I recommend that ensure you that you have no pending change you can do offline and you check the contents of the folder new, main designer Cloud Files contains everything you expect of him.  If this is not the case, check the contents of the creative Cloud files (unknown).

If there is still an incompatibility with your data, you can check on creative.adobe.com to confirm that your data is there.

  • Why have I not 3 folders 'Creative Cloud Files?

Hello! I have a question about the cloud creative folder structure/synchronization.

I installed the creative Cloud Desktop application on my MacBook Pro and then installed the following programs: Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro.

Once I did that I turned on "line sync" on the Application Desktop toolbar.

I noticed that I have three different areas, called "Creative Cloud Files" and one of these folders is called "Creative Cloud Files unknown" (see the screenshot below).

    Screen Shot 2015-03-10 at 9.18.41 pm.png

Anyone know why there are three different places? What field can I save my files so that I can sync to the cloud? Can I remove one that says 'unknown' in the name of the file? I guess that the file listed in the bookmarks bar is in the same place as the "Creative Cloud Files" folder in my account?

  • Why is Creative Cloud Files sync does not?

Synchronization of files works now, having usually worked well for several months previously. I can't think of anything in particular that I did recently to cause this problem suddenly.

The problem is that my office files and the clouds are synchronization is no longer (fonts seem to be OK). Add or change a desktop file is not on the cloud version, and vice versa. Also, if I right click on a desktop file, options cloud creatives are grayed out. Similarly, tab files in the creative application cloud no longer has a sync option or the status indicator. Simply, it gives the possibility to open the folder (which opens my office creative Cloud Files folder) or open my folder in the cloud to Adobe. So two records are more in sync: remove files in one has no effect on the other.

I don't have a lot of files in Creative Cloud Files - about 1,000, less than 20% of my allowance of 2 GB. I tried to uninstall the application and delete Desktop folder then reinstall, nothing helps.

I usually use CC on OSX; I tried to install the creative application Cloud on Bootcamp (Windows 7) for the first time, but he also suffers a similar problem in that the office files and cloud are not sync. Is there a problem at the end of Adobe with synchronization right now?

I checked the questions of others on this subject and none of the fixed works for me. For the most part, they suggest turn Sync start/stop, restart, keeping at least 100 000 files, etc.

  • Creative cloud file synchronization

Hello everyone, my tab files CC shows 75% used even if the folder is empty, how many times the used % updated?  I had files in there, but after a bit of reorganization used % increases with additional files, but never decreases when files are deleted.  I deleted all files in the folder creative cloud files and checked the version online .com then to see all the files have been removed but it still shows 75% usage. There is no files in archive either.

@gghoffman - there was a show of metadata which caused files to not be visible to you. 15 files have been restored in a folder (they are the only files you have now).

    Hello frederic gets!

I'm sorry, but my answer is going to be in English, so we can ensure that we get work - you'll be able to use the link translate this response.

I think that all you need to do is to move the location of the creative Cloud Files folder - is this OK?

    1. Open the CC app
    2. Select the drop Cog in the top right
    3. Select Preferences
    4. There are two tabs from the menu, general and "Creative Cloud" - select the 'Creative cloud' menu tab
    5. Under which there are 4 tabs in the menu: applications, files, fonts and Behance - select the tab of the menu files
    6. You will see a 'File location' option, simply use the drop-down list to change the location of the creative cloud files folder.

I hope this gets you work - if not just send a response and we can figure out what to do next.

  • Targeted deletion of Creative Cloud Files on my hard drive.

    Hello

All my creative cloud files have been deleted on my Macbook.

Interestingly, it was only the files in the folder of creative cloud, nothing else was touched.

My main client folders are still visible, but all the content to have disappeared.

YI can synchronize to the cloud and shoot all my files, but I had worked without an internet and some files are not synchronized.

So I'm going to have to play catch up over the weekend. I'm slightly annoyed that ONLY my CC account was made. Everything was intact.

Someone had this problem? Is it related to the se of security? Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

    Concerning

    Dominic

Here are the basics for you, someone experienced in dealing with today's computing environment. Someone who is new to the Cloud and Adobe Creative cloud, doesn't realize that the files in the folder of their local HD CC can be deleted by a glitch in the software.

They may also not be aware of the State of creative cloud, which had problems of great timing since the liberation, has felt like the software in beta for years and always seems to have big glitches happen to each update CC - the last one occurred April 2 desktop application. The previous update, occurring two months previously, automagically returned file CC to its default location on the drive system without any input, if someone had changed the location of the folder previously.

Yesterday on my laptop, after the update, all 7 k + files in my folder CC have been "synced", and I received a multitude of errors in Acrobat Distiller, but also a real crash CC desktop application.

That being said, I agree that it is certainly true that the backups in general are virtually a requirement these days to avoid the loss of data.

  • Miss me about 15 of my creative cloud file records

They are just GONE - and has a record that still has a "!" on each subfolder and file so that they are not properly synchronize. WHERE ARE THEY? • Creative Cloud Files vs. Document Cloud Files - what is the difference between them?

    Hi guys, good afternoon everyone.

Here I was wondering what is the difference between creative Document Cloud Files and Cloud Files?

I'm new here and couldn't find an answer.

Creative Cloud files are stored in your CC account synchronized.

Document Cloud files are the only pdfs stored with the sync Acrobat DC system.

The two are separate storage options. However, the DC option synchronizes perfectly with all your versions of Acrobat (mobile, desktop, etc.)
