My year of creative cloud subscription is not recognized: all software is in version track!

Recently my imac died, the hard drive somehow failed and never worked again, so I changed the hard drive completely. So when I reinstalled all my software, I download the creative cloud desktop application and started to download software and noticed that everything was in TRIAL VERSION, I review that my subscription was not finished, and he was not, it ends in July but my subscription for one year of creative cloud is not recognized, even that I am connected to. Help, please

My case > I connected perfectly in my CC desktop application, the software recognize my account but not the subscription of a year, so I was allways on the trial version. This work for me >

I had a chat conversation where really nice Adobe support that made me change my host file/etc/and change it just something I will never, understand this:

# Host database # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface # when the system boots.  Do not change this entry. # 127.0.0.1 localhost fe80::1% lo0 localhost127.0.0.1 broadcasthost::1 localhost255.255.255.255

And also delete all the files in the folder library/adobe/SLStore.
