Help, please. I bought a 12 months Abo for creative Cloud with twi products.
I tried to install creative cloud but once I confirmed my email address it always says that I need to confirm my email address.
and he said: it sends a mail to a wrong e-mail address,.
but my creative cloud acount is the right address and it is already confirmed.
I tried to download new creative cloud, but I still have the same problem.

Rename the file (oobe to oobe.old) below for mac and windows and then connect you with correct email.
MAC: -.
Go > go to folder > ~/library > application support > Adobe > OOBE
Windows: -.
Windows C:\ Users > user account > app data > local > Adobe > OOBE

Rename the following file to connect to cloud creative app.
1 Opm.db to Opm.db_old.
2. location: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE.
3. start the creative cloud app, connect to it with correct email.

If you have creatively Cloud Complete/All Apps, you should have the complete list of available desktop applications.

Creative Cloud Desktop manager and application manager Adobe disappeared during some sort of update. Tried to uninstall and reinstall creative clouds (received the message I needed to App Manager). Tried to install App Manager (got the message, I needed creative cloud). Tried Cleanup tool for CC and CS6. Always impossible to install CC desktop manager or Adobe Applications Manager. Running on Mac, Yosemite 10.10.3.

If you have licensed versions of the software you purchased separately your cloud subscription you can still use them. There is a chance that the cloud will be took over for them in this case, you will need to uninstall, clean things, reinstall.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I've updated to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, but Firefox has always said that it is obsolete. I had the Version of Adobe Reader installed 11.0.12.18. The Adobe Acrobat Reader DC uninstalled Adobe Reader software. I read that the DC version is still buggy. I think I'll uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and reinstall Adobe Reader. Furthermore, I haven't opened the DC application and updates, but there is not. When I had Adobe Reader installed I noticed in the Firefox options under applications menu there is an option to use Adobe Reader (by default). I think I'll try this option. Any advice would be appreciated.
Obsolete false warning for Adobe Acrobat Reader is a known problem, but unfortunately there is no way to repair at the moment (we are not the developers on this forum, just guys who want to help users).

Creative cloud has stopped working
For a while now, have I struggled with the creative cloud application.
Whenever an update is available and I try to install apparently is normal, until the progress bar gets almost 90%, then it just closes the window. Background cloud creative process will continue to run and will be hogging resources, but the installation never seems to finish, long waited on it was 9 hours. When I say my computer restarts there is no pop up window telling me a process is ongoing and should be closed or whatever it is.
Once I restarted my computer immediately a pop up appears which reads "creative cloud has stopped working".
