I opened creative cloud and it says that I must check mi email address... I already checked it!
So, I'm trying to install Illustrator trial cloud but creative continues to tell me that I need to check the email address of mi, but I already have and in my account page it says that it is verified and it keeps telling me to do and cannot install anything

We've checked your account details, I wish to inform you that all is well with your account.
I would ask to connect with a correct email address. The area of the screenshot says * @ otmail.comg. However, it is supposed to be hotmail.com.
Rename the following file to connect to cloud creative app.
1 Opm.db to Opm.db_old.
2. location: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE.
3. start the creative cloud app, connect to it with correct email.
Please come back if the problem persists.

Type chrome://plugins in the address bar of Chrome. Then, disable "Chrome PDF Viewer" and select "Adobe Reader" plug-in as shown in the screenshot below:
Now, close the Plug-ins tab and restart Chrome.

You must download the CS6 with the DVD if you have or the CS6 download link online & then to serialize it.
You can also serialize the CS6 from here:

so my adobe applications are synchronized with my Creator who cloud now on my desk, right? and so far I've only tried the trial for adobe illustrator. Right now I want to uninstall it. so I do it via Control Panel > programs and features and creative cloud window appears and displays a blank slate. saying download error? my last activity with creative cloud has been updated illustrator. now, my options is either "Download creative cloud" which I don't really understand because he's just there or to get help, and I'm here. I opened creative cloud and there is nothing else but a white screen.
No menu at the top, not applications nothing. I used your .zip uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times. I deleted the content of the OOBE file, as indicated in one of your pages. Running Windows 7, enterprise environment. Has worked when I first installed. Downloaded apps to work independently, they just don't fill the Creative Cloud software.
I have used the cleaning tool cloud creative to remove all creative cloud programs, rebooted, installed Creative Cloud Desktop and everything is fine. I am re - download my programs now. The cleaning tool is very convenient and although I'm not familiar with the BACK, it is easy to use.
