Is there a quick way to tell? Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Creative cloud: always signed in?

I recently tried to connect to my creative cloud and he continues by saying that I am still registered in, and I disconnected from all browsers and even uninstalled creative cloud, but still get the error.
