  My phone is a Verizon's Z3 Xperia.

  Recently, I was asked to download the latest version of the Android operating system which I believe is Lollipop 5.1.1.

  Since obtain this new version - when I try to edit a mp4 on my phone, when I go to save it, he pointed out several times, unfortunately "Video Editor has stopped."  I was able to use video editor before when I had the other version of Android on the phone.  for some reason, I also had 2 instances of the video editor on my list of applications in the Application Manager. Now, I have only 1. So after searching a response, I tried a few things such as clear data and cache on the video editing application in the settings on the phone. Someone said to uninstall the application, but it did not uninstall the application available.

  What can I do? Editing videos such as mp4s had no problem until I got Lollipop 5.1.1.

  This works, however the docs were missing from what you had to do here.  I'll get updated.  For now, here's a snippet of code that calls the video editor.

  On what computer operating system is your first items 13 running? And you have updated 13 to 13.1 still using Help Menu/implementation of an open project? If this isn't the case, please consider this.

  Now to your question immediately.

  I would consider placing your files for organizing items (person, place or event) in albums that you create in the organizer of items for each. Then,

  (a) the content of the album of the opening of the first elements add multimedia/Organizer.

  or

  (b) by selecting your album in the elements Organizer, select the photos in the album you want, then right click anywhere in a selection and Edit with Premiere elements editor selection?

  Have you been there and done that yet?

  It seems that you downloaded Premiere Elements rather than Photoshop Elements.

  If you received a serial number starting with 1057 then that is for Photoshop Elements. If the serial number starts with 1143, then it's a number of Premiere Elements.

• PrE12 video editor crashes at launch

  Hello - my first post in this forum. I just installed PrE12, and it will not launch the video editor. When I try to the homescreen, poster bar treatment for a few minutes and then pours me right back home. If I run the application directly video editor, it hangs at the point where the splash screen says "loading ImporterQuickTime.prm". I checked that this file exists in Plug-ins/Common.

  
  I am running Windows 7, and I have the latest version of QuickTime Player (7.7.4, 1680.86) installed. I've been running PrE8 for years without any problem. This only started happening once I installed PrE12. A search through the forum gave no obvious answer. I tried before you uninstall and reinstall with anti-virus turned off without result. I tried to contact the live support/chat, but the answer said I'm not eligible for support, despite having pay for a permit, which in itself is incredible. Try to call in the morning, but in the meantime...

  Do you still have the Premiere Elements 8.0/8.0.1 installed on the same computer with Premiere elements 12? For now, I'll assume you're under Windows 7 64-bit.

  It's late here where I am then I'll give you some quick things to try.

  Right click on the computer to taskbar, select Start Task Manager/processes. In these processes, find any Premiere Elements 8.0/8.0.1 process that can be opened, especially anything related to the Elements Organizer 8. End task for each of the any of these processes that you find. Then try to open the editor first of 12 elements.

  If this approach does not work, remove the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file in the path

  and in the folder 12 is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If this does not work, delete the entire folder 12 in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks active so that you can see the full path.

  Then there's the usual drill...

  a. make sure you have the latest video card driver according to the web site of the manufacturer of the video card

  b. make sure you that you run the program to run as an administrator or a user account with administrative privileges.

  I do not understand the part, you not being not not qualify for support from Adobe for your first 12 items. We can only talk more in the morning.

  From the looks of that I am sure that the video was hit with Videomerge sort of 99.99%.

  We will see if we can get the evidence to support that the appearance of the image.

  Click on the image in the scenario to select.

  In the Expert workspace, go to apply effects/Applied Palette effects / and look for a sign Videomerge here.

  If you find it, it's our evidence.

  If you find it, then the Videomerge Panel right-click and select Delete.

  I've updated my Nvidia graphics card drivers, installed the latest codecs K-Lite Codec (Basic). Have a Windows 8.1 computer fast. Have uninstalled and reinstalled first of 12 elements. Cannot find a solution anywhere.

• Trimming of a fast moving in a video object.

  Hello. I hope that my question is not too complicated, but I want to shoot video of a small, fast moving object (a RC plane) on my iPhone of 6 to 4K, then "reframe" video for an enlarged image of the object. A plane RC zooms in on a camcorder recording can be extremely difficult, that's why I want to try cropping. I tried cropping videos in iMovie, but it does not reach the desired effect that the plane did not stay always in the same place, even on video with zoom out.

  Is it possible to crop a video, and then move the 'culture' smoothly to track an object, so it don't go out of the frame? I've always had problems saving objects moving quickly zoomed in I always loose track of them so I hope someone here has done this before and knows how to do.

  It is not really possible to do with iMovie and difficult even with professional video editors.

  I would put the k 4 clip in the timeline panel as the first clip in order to put the project to 4 k.  I would try to stabilize it but this will very probably stabilize background rather than the position of the aircraft in the framework.  You can crop the video but the only way to move from his position is by using the Ken Burns effect, but it does not seem possible to use keyframes to follow the plan (as you can with picture in picture).  You can split the clip into parts and apply individual effects of Ken Burns to everyone, but it will be awfully tedious if the movement of the aircraft is fast and jerky.

  To do this you must use a professional editor like FCPX, for which there are plugins from third party that can follow an object in a frame.   Even then, it is not easy to get a good result.

  You will need to use a 3rd party video editor, iMovie or QT Player 7 with Quicktime Pro to do what you want.  If you go in the App Store and search for "edit" video, you will get a large number of potential candidates of note from Free to $100.

  FWIW, I use QT Player 7 with QT Pro.  QT Pro can be purchased here: QuickTime 7 Pro for Mac OS X.

  QuickTime Player 7 can be downloaded here: download QuickTime Player 7 for Mac OS X 10.6.3 or later

  Export the video out of the library as an original unmodified and do the editing, the merger outside the library.
