(1) uninstall Adobe Creative cloud application. https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

(2) go to public services, delete the folders of cloud (if not removed during the installation of the United Nations) Adobe Application Manager and Adobe Creative.

3) go to the library to the user, delete the folder AAMUpdater and OOBE. (~/library/application support/adobe) (C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe)

4) go to the library system, remove the folders AAMUpdater, AAMupdaterInventory, and OOBE. (/ Library/application support/adobe) (C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe)

    I just changed with the trial of ADOBE FIRST CC and I have my most important deadline on Friday, and obviously the test 30 days ended today.

    Try to delete the contents of the CoreSync folder to the title of the user library.

    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.

    (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and locate the folder CoreSync and trash as all the files inside.

  • Mac restarts after the last security update

    Hello, I upgraded my imac (late 2009) to El Captitan, a few days ago and everything went well and I had no problem to use it after the upgrade.

    Yesterday I tried to update the last security fix (2016-001 10.11.6) and now it will not re - start. I get a clear grey screen with a circle with a line through it.

    This particular screen means that your Mac could not find a valid system folder from upward. I recommend that you try reinstalling OS X using OS X Recovery. Please follow the steps below.

    To boot from OS X Recovery, hold down the command (⌘) r immediately after start-up or that you restart your Mac. Release when you see the Apple logo. If you can not boot from OS X Recovery, now try the Command + Option + R key at the start of the OS X Internet Recovery*.

  • Vista won't start after the last update of Silverlight - restarts constantly

    I installed the latest version of Silverlight from Microsoft Update, July 21.  There are 2 updates, but the other would not move.  My computer worked nomally and later when I stopped it, I got the "Configuring updates... do not turn off your computer" message.  It seemed to take a while, so I went to bed and the next morning, I saw that the computer had finally stopped.  I started it and I got the message "configuration updates stage 3 of 3." 0% complete.  Do not turn off your computer. "After anywhere from 10 seconds to a few minutes, it restarts.  She's constantly - he keeps just reboot and it displays the updates configuration message.  In the System Recovery Options, Startup Repair indicates that everything is OK.  "System Restore" to go to the restore point previous does not work.  What can I do?  The only other option and restore utility is all erase and install the drive from the factory.

    Don't boot from the XP CD.

    Do an ERD of VistaBootable of the info below:

    As is the case with most computers/laptops these days, they do not come with good Vista disc to repair only the recovery disks.

    As your grave in the category above, download the ISO on the link provided and make a bootdisk of it.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    You can make a tool to restart system, System Restore, etc. with it.

    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

  • iMac restarts after the osx update

    Hi my son has an iMac (mid-2011 Office), and there is an OSX update it will update, but then goes to a screen gray white and just sat there. I've left overnight and does not finish the installation and come back to life.

    I tried to reinstall the operating system via CMD R and I tried first aid on the hard drive.

    If I reinstall the iMac from the time machine backup recovers OK, but I can't get the updates of the OS on the machine.

    So my question is that someone has an idea what could be the cause?

    I contemplate wiping the HD and basically start again, but I have to reinstall MS Office and his Steam account
