Creative cloud keeps forgetting about my installation of Lightroom
Every few weeks, the Creative Software cloud on my computer don't forget that there is an installation of 5 Lightroom on my computer, it is impossible for me to update. The software works very well for Photoshop, however.
I installed Lightroom via the software and just after installation, he appeared ok. The last time, I contacted Adobe directly via chat and they told me to uninstall manually and reinstall the software. It worked and I agree that it is a suitable solution for a one time thing, but I'm not going to the UN-install/reinstall Lightroom whenever there is an update.
Same thing applies to the software itself: each update to another just falls down and forces me to re - install the software Creative Cloud.
Any idea what I could do wrong? Hope that this problem is fixed soon? The whole thing of subscription is useless for me, otherwise.
Never give up and just file a bug in the tracker for the question if you want. The problem is that some hard to get noticed, perhaps... If other people find that it what they van vote in favour and give it an additional priority.

I'm a bit confused. I registered for the creative cloud this morning. The installation process has worked well. I did Download Photoshop CC 2015 but when I lunch the program - it's just the track version... I try to activate my Adobe ID, but the pop-up window told me, that I'm not allowed to use this program. I also did the update of the CS6, but I paid for the update and I want to use the CC2015! Someone in the community can help me? Thanks in advance!

If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.

Recently I've just upgraded to windows 7 10, and in the process, I uninstalled my Photoshop CS6. After the upgrade is finished, I headed to the adobe website to install Photoshop once more, soon for a new creative cloud service. I decided to try it with a trial for now, to see if I could buy later. I launched the installer of creative cloud, and once it was done, I clicked on the try button next to Photoshop, as well as other programs such as first and hearing that I used to have in the past. A few days in the new creative versions cloud was pretty cool, and I liked my fair use of it. Unfortunately a few days later I walked directly into a virus online and random programs began to install on my desktop. I panicked! I decided to do a restore of the system on my machine for a few days earlier, (unfortunately the timestamp was set before I installed all new adobe programs ) scanned for viruses and malware and cleaned my machine once more. After I did, I installed the installer of creative cloud again to see now that it was the fate by a few seconds in. I was confused, so I made online searches to quickly find this "creative cloud cleaning tool" provided by adobe. Gave him a quick run, cleaned up all the old files that remained, and installed right accelerated through good as new again. Shortly after I clicked the button 'Try' next to Photoshop, it went through the entire download process and then display in orange text, «Installation Failed - more». Only, this became more frustrated at the minute... I decided to try the same installation process on the first, and it's the same thing; «Failed to install - more». I decided to click on learn more to soon find text read, ' errors occurred during installation ' (7) I studied this Error Code 7and he said to try to install your applications through safe mode with network. STILL NO LUCK. I gave up at this point, and I can help the community! Thank you

Creative Office Cloud app will install only on the main drive (system disk). You can only customize the installation for Creative Cloud app (PS, I, AE and others).

Moving to the cloud creative download & install
Hello Stephen,
Please follow the steps below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.
It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.
