  I'm running on an iMac with OS 10.10.3 and have had a subscription to Creative cloud for about a year and a half. I'm currently trying to upgrade to 2015 CC, but the update of the initial application stalls to 42%. Is no question that we I try everything first, they all stall.

  I tried to uninstall by using the option "Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud" under the menu drop-down cloud creative applications.   Then I tried to run Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool, I never had to run even in the first place.

  

  Finally, I tried to start the computer in safe mode and update applications in this way. Unfortunately, it does not either.
