I have written before, but cannot continue the other discussion (response by Millennium)... Sorry, so re-signs
I can't open my creative cloud on my desk, I click, nothing happens, I tried to uninstall it nothing happens, when I point in the desktop menu on the taskbar at the top, rolling ball. On the activity monitor it shows, but do nothing.
The first bubble is the cleaning tool, but I had to uninstall creative cloud to do... I tried... Nothing... I can't update my products...
Help, please. Running on Mac.

Just for verification, please create an account to test on Mac: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4600 and try to run the software and see if its not working it. We also provide the MAC version you are using.

Installation of creative cloud no longer works
I tried for 2 weeks install creative cloud on my macbook pro and it won't work
Whenever I open it and go to apps it says: "the installation of creative cloud no longer works."
I followed all the instructions about uninstalling, cleaner running, remove the OOBE folder, checking every file on the disk permissions - nothing works
I created a new admin account and installed on it and it works fine, but I can't move all my apps/documents etc... to a new account just to use photoshop/lightroom
I tried to go to the live support, but after 40minutes, no one responded
Can someone please?
I see some comments about broken on adobe files and other permissions, but I don't see any resolution on the forums

for users who find this on my ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe folder permissions were wrong - I think the upgrade to the mavericks
The 'admin' user group have read & write for the creative cloud app permissions could not create folders and files he needed too
Gave the "admin" group r + w access and everything works perfectly now

I'm trying to install Adobe Creative cloud.
The first problem is that I got a white screen, I have solved this problem and now when I login, I get the downloaderror.
I deleted creative cloud in the software and reinstalled. Still the same problem...
Does anyone have a solution?

Creative cloud has stopped working
For a while now, have I struggled with the creative cloud application.
Whenever an update is available and I try to install apparently is normal, until the progress bar gets almost 90%, then it just closes the window. Background cloud creative process will continue to run and will be hogging resources, but the installation never seems to finish, long waited on it was 9 hours. When I say my computer restarts there is no pop up window telling me a process is ongoing and should be closed or whatever it is.
Once I restarted my computer immediately a pop up appears which reads "creative cloud has stopped working".
When I click to view the details of the problem, I get the following information:

Please uninstall creative cloud. Please see the article to uninstall creative cloud of the cleaning tool: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Once you uninstall Creative Cloud then rename the folders of Windows OOBE: C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE and C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE Then reinstall Creative cloud of https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

The data files that are "industry standard" such as the JPG images are the same on both platforms
Files that are specific to the platform, such as video files on a Mac or Windows, AVI video files MOV will either require conversion or additional software (to open a MOV file with a Windows program, you must have installed Apple Quicktime for Windows)
In addition to this, the files that are specific to Adobe... such as the InDesign files... are not always compatible because of new features in newer versions, like a Premiere Pro video project file created in the 2015 version cannot open in 2014 version
If you have problems with files and specific programs, you should ask for help in the forums for these programs
