Installation of creative cloud no longer works

I tried for 2 weeks install creative cloud on my macbook pro and it won't work

Whenever I open it and go to apps it says: "the installation of creative cloud no longer works."

I followed all the instructions about uninstalling, cleaner running, remove the OOBE folder, checking every file on the disk permissions - nothing works

I created a new admin account and installed on it and it works fine, but I can't move all my apps/documents etc... to a new account just to use photoshop/lightroom

I tried to go to the live support, but after 40minutes, no one responded

Can someone please?

I see some comments about broken on adobe files and other permissions, but I don't see any resolution on the forums

for users who find this on my ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe folder permissions were wrong - I think the upgrade to the mavericks

The 'admin' user group have read & write for the creative cloud app permissions could not create folders and files he needed too

Gave the "admin" group r + w access and everything works perfectly now

    I have two machines Win10, when I tried to install creative cloud desktop on one of them, it does not... At the same time, it works fine on the other.

    I downloaded the CreativeCloudSet-Up, run it, it starts downloading files and when the progress bar reaches 50%, it stops working:

    Measures taken to get rid of the question:

    1 asked me to download and install the ApplicationManager application, instead of creative cloud. (http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cc/win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe) it does not work well.

    2. total cleaning of files and Adobe applications (I deleted Adobe Reader earlier, and I have nothing of other Adobe * so in my case it was easy, not sure how this will impact of other Adobe applications if you have a)

    3. we used a magical cleaning tool AdibeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe (http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/win/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe)

    4 installed Application Manager (completion of installation with no confirmation of any kind), then just run Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application... It worked, I loged on and got my apps after that...

    These cleaning steps took about 10 minutes to complete.

    At any time, I didn't have to restart my machine...

    Just for verification, please create an account to test on Mac: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4600 and try to run the software and see if its not working it. We also provide the MAC version you are using.

    Please follow the steps below:

    (1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

    Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

    (2) delete following folders: ( If you do not see any folder skip this step )

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files

    C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE ( App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista)

    \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD

    3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

    For a while now, have I struggled with the creative cloud application.

    Whenever an update is available and I try to install apparently is normal, until the progress bar gets almost 90%, then it just closes the window. Background cloud creative process will continue to run and will be hogging resources, but the installation never seems to finish, long waited on it was 9 hours. When I say my computer restarts there is no pop up window telling me a process is ongoing and should be closed or whatever it is.

    Once I restarted my computer immediately a pop up appears which reads "creative cloud has stopped working".

    In the past, I worked around it using the tool of CCcleaner, removing with Panel command does not work and then reinstall everything, but he would rather solve the problem instead of having to pass an all-day reinstall all my programs Adobe when Adobe decides to date creative cloud.

    I tried the solutions all proposals, including that of Adobe Foruns, amongst these:

    -Disable the windows, anti-virus firewall and both (look at the danger!)

    -Create special rules on firewall for several proposed solutions.

    -Turn off wi - fi and wired.

    -Unistalling all software (including Adobe Reader), remove the respective remaining files.

    -Create another windows user.

    - The 'AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool' running (despite having not worked, it seems interesting. It's here: https://helpx.adobe.com/br/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html)

    But nothing WORKS: error 201-50% of the installation.

    To make matters worse, I tried in my pc wife´s (whose configuration is minor my Vaio i5) and... IT WORKS in 1st attempt (windows 8.1, firewall and antivirus running, the same network. Ouch!).

    I've been on stage now, you think of: a) cancel the subscription. (b) format; (c) change of computer; (d) change of career and so on.

    What I did, following the instructions was simply:

    (1) open the Photoshop Elements download page, here:

    Do not download anything, just keep the page open. (Yes, it's just that read you!)

    (2) download the Office complete cloud creative, compressed in a zip file, here:

    http://http://trials2.Adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/Win32/ACCCx3_0_0_74.zip

    3-unzip the file and run the "Set - up.exe".

    Fact! It works! Already download all the applications I need full subscribe.

    Hello!  The cleaner failed--simply couldn't detect the products creative of cloud. (He found an installation previous cs6, long since uninstalled, actually).

    And now its all working OK again.

    I'm a little bothered by the little Cavalier ""Everybody"permissions apply to folders in the library, but if I understand correctly what are the quick fix when no one quite knows what the Devil's going on with the permissions...» (I guess access ROOT gives much the same effect for facilities)
