Creative cloud not recognizing that I have purchased a license, only allow me a free trial of Photoshop

I recently bought a license of cloud to create to a co-worker. The initial download of the Creative Launcher of cloud package, I have created a new package, entered my license code that has been accepted and then selected who I want before installing apps.
When enter Adobe Creative Cloud and selection of apps to download now don't seem to be recognizing my license, as it is only allowing a free trial or purchase the option for most applications. This license has been purchased with Photoshop in mind.

Please open the hosts file and remove Adobe.com enteries
Windows:-hosts of the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
MAC: s ' please click on 'Go' > go to record > / etc, open "hosts" of the folder and check for all inputs of Adobe.com

Can't find a satisfactory answer in the forums!
I was prompted to update ACC app the other day and ended with the 1002 very annoying error!
I have searched the forum and followed the advice of a staff member on how to remove the application, use the vacuum cleaner (missing some vital info there!) and how to download the app again.
Which seemed to go all well enough - well, not really!
None of my existing applications already downloaded have been recognized by the PS app, I, ID, bridge, Muse etc.
How awful! Now I have to redownload all apps and that takes a lot of time with my download speed and I need to work! The customers are waiting!
How can it set without having to re - download applications and without upsetting the boat any more?
I'm on a PC with Windows 7 modern

I agree to the suggestions of kglad, however, before you reinstall the remaining applications, please try to change the language setting for Adobe Creative Cloud applications and share the results.

5 Lightroom without creative cloud - not recognizing serial number

I need help. I bought 5 Lightroom and installation disk - my Mac is not a CD rom. I ' l tried to download a free trial of Lightroom 5 so I can activate it with it the serial number. When I use the serial number, it does not go further and said to contact technical support.
I want to just 5 Lightroom... no cloud creation, no PS...

PSE is not recognizing that I have disabled an old computer so that I can add it to a new computer
I had my PES installed on both computers, which is allowed with my serial number. I just got a new computer so I disabled a computer and I tried to add it to my new computer, but I get a message telling me that I can have it only on two computers. How can I get the computer to recognize that I took it from my old computer? Help, please!
You must contact Adobe Support by chat or phone when you have the serial number and activation problems. They can help to clear up questions with deactivations as well.

These systems are on 2 networks which will not always have an internet connection. Because of the environment they live in they can not be connected. Period. So I'm supposed to get rid of Adobe products?

I don't see a subscription by using the e-mail address you use for this forum. Please login with the email/AdobeID you bought with and then try again.

I bought the creative cloud CS6 in 2013 and have since then had few problems of resettlement. I recently bought a new laptop and reinstalled creative cloud. I downloaded photoshop and the trial version has expired, but when I connect to my account it says that I do not have a "Member" (this was a one-time purchase of the student). I tried options on other forum responses to this topic (the test expired link here: Adobe Creative Cloud apps back after 2015 updated CC test mode ), but still does not allow me to continue using it. What should I do?
I use 10 on your laptop brand new windows which is well able for CS6.

I have a Dell with Windows XP Media Edition desk top. I was always able to create movies using Windows Movie Maker and also by Media Edition and burn them to a DVD and a CD even. I can play any CD or DVD in the readers, however, I can't save or burn more. I get error 19 asking me to make sure I have a recorder. Whatever program I am in does not recognize that I have a DVD/CD burner. I have uninstalled and reinstalled software, scanned the players only to discover that they are up-to-date and are working properly. Except that they are not work properly. I have a TSST corp DVD +-RW TS - H553A I do most of my record with. I have been to Fix Windows and he's always broke. Any ideas?

I have a problem with windows 7 64 bit recognizing that I have a driver installed on my compuetr, I installed the tha tcame with the cd software and that did not work, it appears as an unknown device in devices and printers, I tried to download the driver for windows 7 64 bit on the microsoft site after uninstalling CD. then I have insalled Traore, one on the microsoft site and it says the same thing, I can't then turned to devices and printers and he said that this device does not a driver installed. I tried so many times with the same results. I restored the system time ind time new and re-installed windows 7 two times and still the same problem, I've done alll I can again and again until im just sitting at the computer that I'm beyond angry, now just totally lost it please can you help as I think I've tried everythingThank you for the hope

Please see things to try when the game Microsoft Xbox wireless receiver is not detected in Windows PC.
1. check that the accessory is an accessory wireless Xbox 360 officially licensed.
2. examine or replace the batteries to make sure that you loaded the batteries of the accessory wireless Xbox 360.
3. move the receiver away from other devices that may interfere with the communication between the receiver and the accessory wireless Xbox 360 Wireless.
