  Vista does not send these messages and cannot be configured to do this (progress or when it is done or if it succeeded or failed).  The only way to make sure is to plug and then, go to start / Control Panel / Device Manager and check for the device and click on it for more information on its status.  You can also check if the appliance does not work - it's probably faster and more accurate.  Many USB devices indicate their status by starting to work (a mouse begins to scroll, a USB flash drive or an external USB drive to bring the Autorun screen or appear in the Windows Explorer,...) and USB devices tend to start working quickly enough so it should not be a long wait.

• Why Photoshop does not recognize that I have chosen the good black ink on my printer Epson R3000?

  I was printing on Epson Hot Press natural as I have done several times before. I opened the file to print in LR and then exported to PS CS6 for printing. Before that I had changed from black to black on the printer Epson matte photo. When I tried to print, using the correct profile, the correct printer for fine arts before, just like many times before, I received a message that the correct black ink was not installed. This has happened several times, if in frustration, I reset the black ink picture and then return to MK. Same result, same error message.   I have a new camera of Campark Xtreme (like a Go Pro) who uses a Micro SD disk in ex FAT format. My 3 year old MacBook Air does not recognize the disc in this format. But to reformat, I need to erase all the content on the disc. When I put the disc in the camera, the camera will not work unless I have reformat the drive for exFAT.

  My computer is 10.10.5. So my husband. We have the same problem on two laptops.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  The Mac can read and write to exFat without problem. The problem is probably that the card is too recent for the readers into your computers.

  Fortunately, a new stand-alone USB drive which takes care of these maps is cheap.

  Windows 7 will not recognize the dvd drive, although it worked well for more than two years.  Now I can't access it to install new software.

  It will not be displayed in the Device Manager, bad shooters to say it is not connected or is, tried Fixit fix (could not as "not applicable to your computer update"), uninstall iTunes (in the case of a conflict - even if it worked with the DVD of > 1 year), etc., but still cannot access the DVD.

  It's obviously a known issue, given that a support page - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/976187 that recommends the fix or manually disable ALPM active power management.  If it of a known issue, why is not included in the updates and that I have to disable ALPM power if management it worked ok before?

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
