Adobe Creative Cloud not recognizing Applications installed after download problems

Can't find a satisfactory answer in the forums!
I was prompted to update ACC app the other day and ended with the 1002 very annoying error!
I have searched the forum and followed the advice of a staff member on how to remove the application, use the vacuum cleaner (missing some vital info there!) and how to download the app again.
Which seemed to go all well enough - well, not really!
None of my existing applications already downloaded have been recognized by the PS app, I, ID, bridge, Muse etc.
How awful! Now I have to redownload all apps and that takes a lot of time with my download speed and I need to work! The customers are waiting!
How can it set without having to re - download applications and without upsetting the boat any more?

I agree to the suggestions of kglad, however, before you reinstall the remaining applications, please try to change the language setting for Adobe Creative Cloud applications and share the results.

I recently bought a license of cloud to create to a co-worker. The initial download of the Creative Launcher of cloud package, I have created a new package, entered my license code that has been accepted and then selected who I want before installing apps.
When enter Adobe Creative Cloud and selection of apps to download now don't seem to be recognizing my license, as it is only allowing a free trial or purchase the option for most applications. This license has been purchased with Photoshop in mind.

Windows:-hosts of the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
MAC: s ' please click on 'Go' > go to record > / etc, open "hosts" of the folder and check for all inputs of Adobe.com

I try to install the creative cloud desktop application in order to install the software on my Mac CC. I downloaded the Adobe installer and start installation then accident in the middle of the. There is no error message, he just left. Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Milestone:
Find an Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and Trash records two.
2)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up selected."
Then try to install Adobe Creative Cloud app again.

Adobe Creative Cloud not find installed applications
I was updating my tool of DPS CS6 Indesign Creative Cloud Office over the last month. But it was not due to an internet connection error. Tried to update later, but there is no update more. CC Desktop Application logout and log in, all my apps are gone. It is more listed in CC Desktop. I mainly CS6 and one request for CC on my mac.
I tried the following and it didn't work.
1. replace Perf of language of the International North America
2 remove the file opm.db from the OOBE folder
3. Uninstall and reinstall CC Desktop
4. run the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool
Now I'm trying to reinstall, but all programs return an error. Failed to uninstall. Your uninstaller encounted errors. Only the program that I managed to uninstall CreativeCloud Desktop but it also indicates that there are a few errors. Is there any log file I can do? I also notice in the cleaning tool there is no program CS6 or CC listed. Programs work well, but it appear as installed in the creative clouds and the cleaning tool.
I've been using mac os 10.8.5 but yesterday I had to send my laptop for repair and the hard drive has been replaced because of bad sectors and the operating system is upgraded to 10.9.2. I used the migraion utility to restore my files.
Finally, Adobe can give me an answer.
The problem you are experiencing on your computer is due to a corrupt caps.db (database file) that contains information about the apps from Adobe installed on your computer. This is the reason why, you cannot uninstall it by using uninstall programs Adobe and using the cleaning tool.
I have regular backups time machine, so that I did use a backup before the date of the show started and replace the entire caps with the backup folder. The caps folder has 3 files caps.db, Media_db.db and pdb.db.
This fix all the questions that I have, and uninstall programs are working again. The only thing is creative cloud list 8 desktop apps instead of 12 I have installed.

I have an order of licenses CC - but when I install it on my computer it installs as a trial and wrote that I just finished the trail. I want full access to the programs that we pay for, how do I get the license in order to synchronize it with my install? We are supposed to be able to install programs on several computers, but almost every time I do the installation (after wiping all the Adobe products on my system) it works as a trial and said that my account has not all the records of licenses, but when I log on the site I have access to download the packages to install.

Adobe Creative Cloud app fails to install on Mac OSX El Capitan
I'm trying to install Adobe Creative cloud on an own MacBook Pro under OS El Capitan.

I tried to download Lightroom from the same catalog page, who first attempts to install the creative application of cloud. The result is the same.

It is a new Mac, any Adobe product is installed on it. Before I tried Adobe Application Manager it were nothing, except for the empty folder 'limit' in the folder Application Support for Adobe. After the attempt to install the Manager, there are several issues, including OOBE.
Please help me to install the creative cloud. It's really frustrating, I don't know what else I can try.

Adobe Creative Cloud is "missing or damaged" after the migration to the new MacBook.
I just moved into a new MacBook Pro and I'm getting things set up. There is some kind of problem with the creative cloud Manager application. It will not start. And when I try to run the installer, I see this error:

Thank you! It was a bit messier than that, but these basic steps and resources were what I needed. I had trouble along the way, so I did a couple of things:
1) restart after trashing Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager files.
(2) disconnect from creative cloud on my old system.

Adobe Creative Cloud not opening!
I used the cloud creative adobe and downloaded Photoshop but I had a virus on my computer so I used the system restore. After that I tried opening creative cloud by double clicking on the icon on the desktop, however it is not opening. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall but the uninstaller wont open even when I went to the control panel and clicked on the button change/uninstall"." I also tried to use Adobe for creative cloud unistaller and he finished with errors and after restarting my laptop, the program is still on my computer. Help, please! I have 10 windows as my operating system.
Well in this case I would advice you Contact Customer Care as a troubleshooting technique may be necessary.

I bought an annual subscription from month to month with Adobe Creative Cloud. I have installed on my Mac apps but when I downloaded Adobe Creative cloud on my PC, it's wanting to download me new applications of 2014 and there is no way to download previous versions for my PC. Please try to delete folder OOBE to this place than the launch and the connection to CC Deslktop apps.
