• Unable to buy creative cloud online?

  I tried to buy the student/teacher edition online creative cloud but it sounds just to say payment is bought and never crosses. My credit card is very good and I bought products with them before. Is there a way I can talk to a sale separately from adobe repressentative or conact. I think it is fustrating that I can't communicate with anyone.

• After creative cloud downloading all the contents of my office disappear

  I need HELP!

  It is a disaster that I wasn't ready for.  I downloaded this application Cloud Creative freaking on my window 8 and all my office content with everything (programs, photos, docs, etc) everything has disappeared!

  I'll try to find it anywhere on my computer but I can't!

  In the case that your desktop screen is empty (no), please try the following steps.

  • Run the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys together.
  • Go to file > new task
  • Run: explorer.exe

  Please share the results after you perform these steps, I hope that this would take over your desktop icons.

  I struggled with space on my macbook pro. I'm a design student have so many documents and large files. I backed up my mac completely on a hard drive.

  I will not restore my macbook again but as I went and signed in the creative cloud and icloud once wipe my macbook and restore. That a large number of files is missing from the creative cloud - practically anything I had there since March 2015.

  Now I saw the panic because these files were extremely important. (I know I should of saved their separately as well, but I am a fool and does not)

  I had been able to gain access to these on my laptop all the time but now I come to think that they had not even sync to my creative cloud online.

  I know that its probably a long shot and impossible but there at - there no miracle to be able to get these files back at all?

  Writing this for anyone who commits the same error!

  Before wiping your laptop or before removing the cloud creative - DOUBLE CHECK there ACTUALLY SYNCHRONIZED YOUR FILES ON THE CREATIVE!

  I have connected to my creative cloud online in order to double check my credentials and I was able to do (so to be able to write this in the Adobe Community). But earlier my Desktop Creative Cloud app will not let me login and I can no longer use Adobe products without being loged in.

  I type my password (I know is correct) and the box does not accept. This message continues to appear on my desktop after pressing cancel.

  Phone adobe support is horrible, I was dealing with the problem before 7:00 pm PST and tried to call to talk to someone but had muisc play for 30 minutes without response. I then called the other technical support line to find the support Office is closed at 19:00:00 PST (well after I called) I then called cloud Creative line of support and know that they close at 05:00.

  I have a major InDesign problem as problem of support as well, because keep crashing before discovering that I can not connect to my creative cloud note. Worse, I have to present a layout of the 100 page book tonight to my printer my deadline.

  Can someone PLEASE HELP as soon as possible, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW to SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, YES I HAVE ALSO RESTARTED MY COMPUTER.

  My company bought several creative cloud subscriptions and we plan to install the software on our desktops next week. I did some tests on my personal computer, and the problem is that it takes a while to download all the applications. Yes, is there an Installer 'local' creative cloud that can be download only once and then deploy on all workstations without to re-download everything?

  I downloaded the demo of CS6 Master Collection and, it seems, it can be "unlocked" by typing my adobe with a creative cloud subscription ID. But is there an official Installer "Download once" creative cloud?

  With the official installer of creative cloud "online", it is possible to archive which has been downloaded or it is destroyed once installed applications?

  This could be useful to have such an installer ready in case of a re-setup or a maintenance event, and it would save a lot of time and bandwidth.

  If you download CS6 using Adobe Application Manager, the installer is destroyed after have installed applications just like the other app stores.

  So, if you want to keep a copy of the installer, you can download the trial version of adobe.com and wright to a disc.

  Angieh42372689 if you restore your computer to factory settings, then it is likely that the previous data, or installed applications will be deleted.

  You can find details on how to reinstall the Adobe applications provided with your membership to download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications .  You will want to use the creative Cloud of Adobe desktop application to download and install the applications after the factory restore.

• I usually have problems with the installation software online, cannot install the creative cloud error 202

  The installation software that works online usually does not work on my mac, I can for example update adobe flash on my mac, never.
  When I try to download the creative cloud for the error of the trial I get an error Code: 202 regardless of how many times I try to redownload the dmg and run the installation.
  What I do with flash is usually wait a complete pack to be KMD and that works, I mean... when he can actually download the full pack and just install it instead of download an installer that requires even download stuff while doing the installation. I'm still some flash versions behind because of this.
  Also, I was able to download the software from my pc and then install it on my mac, but I can't find a link for creative cloud + photoshop trial.

  In other cases, for example for new OS versions I can get the installer from another mac, as there are instructions for the installer to a version installed.
