  Rename the opm.db file.

  1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
     Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
     Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  (To see the hidden AppData folder, files, folders, file name extensions see view |) Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.

  To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion.)

  1. Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
  2. Launch of creative cloud

  It should work.

• I bought Adobe Lightroom, but when I connect, enter the redemption code and then click on download, it's a creative cloud Installer.  I have not bought the creative cloud service, just one single use computer.

  I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code.  And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac).  I have not bought the creative Cloud service, just a reusable software license Lightoom 6.  Is this correct? It doesn't seem to be a way to simply contact Adobe to find out.  I don't want to install the wrong thing

• After the last update on Wnidows 7 Firefox opens just a blank screen (black).

  After the last update Firefox on a machine Wnidows 7, Firefox opens just a blank screen (black). It worked fine until the latest update. It does not open in "safe" mode I tried several facilities clean and using various other compatibility settings. I also tried various changes of display. Closing X is still under the black forest as I can by conjecture activate this.

  Get a black screen after updating to Firefox 33 can be caused by a problem with hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver.

  Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the shift/Options key.

  Disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

  You will need to close and restart Firefox after enabling/disabling this setting.

  Absolutely, you can download and install the Photoshop CS6 on your second machine.

  Download Creative Suite 6 applications and then install and activate it using the serial number.

  Yes, you can install an unlimited number of computers.

  You cannot connect (and therefore to start cc programs) on more than 2 computers at the same time.  But adobe makes it easy to disconnect other computers from a 3rd computer even though it is not really a restriction.

  just install the application of cc on your computers desktop, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your lr and ps.

  A blank window appears generally if the Akamai detects that your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the DLM.

  In most cases the JRE or ActiveX controls are not enabled.

  Try to switch to another browser to access your download, or you can download it from: http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
