Creative cloud storage has decreased to 2 GB

I have a ' creative cloud membership (one year prepaid) "and my storage falls to 2 GB to 20 GB. I talk to the live chat, but I'm about to lose my mind. All they tell me is 'wait 2 or 3 days' and I wait about a week. I said I want a refund and they said that's not posible.
Please someone solve my question. I want to use what I paid or refund.
Perhaps Adobe needs to ship some USB sticks with memberships. It is a cool workaround I guess.

I'm in trial version of Photoshop because of this same issue and it will expire in 30 days, although my subscription ends in November. Creative cloud is unusable by my team right now, ranging from 100 GB, we were moved to 2 GB. It's bad enough...
I know you are looking into it, but how long can you estimate until this problem is solved?

Hello Angelin,
I checked your account and the account of teams where the license is named.
You will need to contact your admin team for the same problem that the payment has not been received and therefore the license attributed to your Adobe ID is expired.
Once the payment is established, please ask the administrator of the team to reassign the license to your Adobe ID

Hello, I'm willing to give up my bundle of photography (Photoshop + Lightroom) project. I tried to do if however the plan itself does not appear here, be as creative cloud storage and on that there do not cancel option when you manage the plan. Are what specific program you referring? There are many programs in the creative cloud. Most of the features should be always there but most likely access ways. Unless you be deprecated old technology such as server behaviors or Spry tools in DW for example they should be here.
But UI in almost all applications Adobe CC has most likely been radically changed since CS5.

I use PS extended 6. It works well, but it will not be updated. I'll take a notice in my application creative cloud he has an update waiting. I'll click on the UPDATE button and it works 100% and then give me a update failure message.
I fixed the old-fashioned way. Uninstall - reinstall. Works fine now.

How to buy the most creative cloud storage?
As a photographer, I have a ton of photos and catalogs and 20 GB is not enough. On the section FAQ site it says that additional creative cloud storage would be available for sale later in 2013. Its now 2014 and I do not see this option to be available.
I chatted and called adobe and you have zero assistance or responses in this regard. Can anyone help or make a suggestion as to how they are general this?

I want to download my Documents and folders from desktop to my creative cloud storage. I was unable to do so via drag and drop and was hoping there is a faster way than downloading each indivually file! Help! And thank you!

You cannot download files, but you can download several files at the same time. There is "drag and drop" upload and there is also the download action you can get from the blue action button. You can create folders before or after you download the files; and move files and folders as needed.
If you use IE9 or earlier you can not download mutiple files at once. It was design by Microsoft, but multiple file upload is allowed in IE10, IE11.
You can also register sycing file of this page http://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloud/file-and-typekit-font-sync-rolling-out/. Once admitted, you will be able to synchronize files and folders on your computer.

I received an email a few minutes earlier, declaring these:
Action required: Your Adobe Creative cloud membership has been suspended
Your creative cloud membership will be passed to free at the end of the next billing period because we were able to charge the credit card. Update your payment information to your paid subscription.
My credit card information is valid so that this email should not have been sent.
I was asked to click on a link in the body of the e-mail, in order to update my payment information for CC.
In view of the breach of huge customer info, I decided to connect to the CC page instead and review my payment information there.
When I tried to update, I received an error message saying that something was wrong on the side of Adobe.
Can someone advise please? It becomes frustrating.
