Creative cloud Update window Blank
My selected creative when cloud icon at the top of my desk on my Macpro is empty and the icon is grayed out.
My subscription is current.
I can't download my apps or check if updates are available.

Please let us know the Mac version you are using.
Naviagte to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall creative cloud.
Run the Adobe Cleaner to remove any debris ruminants: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.
Download and install desktop from CC:https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud .
If still the same number, and then select the root account and check if its not working it: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11331 .

Open the Task Manager, click more details .
Close all the Adobe of the tasks as AAMupdater, declaring AAMupdater, demon Adobe Crash of the related task manager.
Please also look for a process named creative cloud, CoreSync, Armsvc, Acrotray, Windows Installer... etc so far please complete the process.
Then try updating creative cloud.

Hola I have download first pro problems. In the creative cloud application window it said first is "up-to-date", but I can't open it in my computer (Mac) from anywhere. Creative Cloud for Windows 7 computers
I work for a small company that plans to buy a contract year of the creative cloud for 2 computers to Windows 7. How will I know if/when there will be updates of my creative cloud that Windows 7 is unable to support - making us suddenly unable to use our programs?

Windows 7 is in fact still widely used, despite Windows 8 (.1) and 10. I don't think that Adobe would cancel
support in the next three years or more. (That's just my opinion, however, so please do not take my words)

The only solution that I find in the forums is to remove ALL Adobe applications and reinstall.

No need to uninstall other Adobe applications, except Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app. Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Disable the firewall temporarily. [Optional step]
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

Creative cloud Updater does not open
The Creative cloud update presents 3 new updates (in the OS X toolbar), but when I click it, the popup window opens and the wheel of progress will run until the end of time, if I click there to close. The creative application of the Cloud itself is displayed as disabled, but if I click on it, the same popup appears with the same behavior. Option to open as window opens a window. Also, I can't leave, that is nothing I do has no effect on one of these 2 apps.
It's relatively new behavior, i.e. Since the last update to creative cloud. I did not bring any changes to the system (OS X 10.10.4) so I guess there is a problem with the latest version of creative cloud.
So much for the update controls were not to build in the applications themselves, so that I could run Photoshop, for example, and check the updates from there instead of being dependent on these programs of buggie (why do we need these two anyway?).

Can not update 2.1.1.110 - Creative Cloud Updater
Hey there,
I'm trying to update my creative cloud updates worm 2.1.1.110. It happens about 50% update then the CC window opens again, saying: I need the same NVA updated again. I go to Applications, uninstall Adobe CC (I use a desktop Mac), but it won't let me uninstall it.
I get a warning saying "unable to désinstaller CC for desktop computer. CC the applications installed on your computer require to operate properly"
I have at least 4 apps which need up-to-date and cannot skip this step to access the new window to update my applications.

The solution you gave me (letter of December 13, 2015 at 5:23) to solve the problems of 'Creative cloud' update was useful when there is EU of the updates to this application in December 2015, February 2016 and April 2016. These information have solved the problem (code error 1002, 43, and 403)
On the other hand, not of works this solution don't pour 3.7.0.272 «Creative cloud» update 1002 error code is displayed during the update.

My Creative Cloud Apps window does not give me an option to install the previous versions
Don't know why but my Creative Cloud Apps window gives me an option to install the previous versions. Any ideas? I just recently installed creative cloud and I'm connected with my Adobe ID on Windows 7 Professional.
No where help or support information said that previous versions are only available if you are currently subscribed to the current version.

There is no need to cancel one for Windows since CC subscriptions are not platform specific. Your subscription allows you to use it on Windows and Mac computers, so just install Mac on Mac files.
Download/install the desktop application, connect and install applications subscription.

CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID.
It may be Windows or Mac as Adobe CC is platform independent.
