Creative cloud app window: "First is updated", but I can't open it from anywhere in the computer
Hola I have download first pro problems. In the creative cloud application window it said first is "up-to-date", but I can't open it in my computer (Mac) from anywhere. So I just ran the Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool and cleaned all adobe related to my computer and then I left the cleaner but now I don't know what to do. Please help me.

I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.
If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

My Creative Cloud Apps window does not give me an option to install the previous versions
Don't know why but my Creative Cloud Apps window gives me an option to install the previous versions. Any ideas? I just recently installed creative cloud and I'm connected with my Adobe ID on Windows 7 Professional.
No where help or support information said that previous versions are only available if you are currently subscribed to the current version.

I uninstalled Acrobat Pro XI with the intent or the re - install, but I can not reinstall because the Creative Cloud Apps window shows that it is "up to date".
(Similiarly, Lightoom 5 is already installed, but it shows that not intalled on this window).
How to install Acrobat Pro XI if creative cloud thinks that it is already installed?

just got a new laptop and was only like 10 days in my 30-day trial and I'm trying to re - install "Illustrator", and it keeps showing and telling about "Creative Cloud App" that I have, but is not on this new laptop, how do I re-installll?

After opening windows computer HP 7 is loaded and can run for 2-3 minutes then the computer hangs and goes to the startup program. However, in safe mode, it remains open without any problems. Recently, the only problem I've had is that the MSN server is not running and has been replaced by BABYLON, who refuses to uninstall itself. The Creative Director of cloud (visible in the my macbook taskbar) wanted to be updated about a week ago. Since then, the process is stuck at 5% and it is impossible to cancel. Even when I restart my macbook, the application is frozen in this State.
Thanks, I managed to solve it by downloading the creative cloud application (without having to download through the app) and it worked!

Creative cloud fails to install (error code 50) does anyone know how to fix this? I'm on Windows 8.1. He has already been installed and asked the update. The update failed with the same code.

I recently downloaded creative cloud, open Office and work. Then, I downloaded and installed Photoshop and Lightroom. But Lightroom will not open... What am I missing
