  I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.

  If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

• My Creative Cloud Apps window does not give me an option to install the previous versions

  Don't know why but my Creative Cloud Apps window gives me an option to install the previous versions. Any ideas? I just recently installed creative cloud and I'm connected with my Adobe ID on Windows 7 Professional.

  No where help or support information said that previous versions are only available if you are currently subscribed to the current version.

  I uninstalled Acrobat Pro XI with the intent or the re - install, but I can not reinstall because the Creative Cloud Apps window shows that it is "up to date".

• Creative cloud manager want to block update, but it is 5% for a week! Its impossible to block or restart :(

  The Creative Director of cloud (visible in the my macbook taskbar) wanted to be updated about a week ago. Since then, the process is stuck at 5% and it is impossible to cancel. Even when I restart my macbook, the application is frozen in this State.

• Tried to install creative cloud on windows 8.1 update.  Got the error code 50.  Tried again and then uninstalled old creative cloud and tried to install new ones. got new 50 error code.
