Creative cloud updated error code: A12E2

I run windows 7 32 bit, why what is happening? I just got the creative cloud a few days ago and it will not be updated, it continues just give me this error code.

@Jon Doofie good, please try following steps:

  • Open Applications > utilities > activity monitor
  • Search for "AAM updated stating" in the list of processes (sort by process name helps)
  • Highlight it, then click on "QuitProcess".
  • Say "Yes" to the warning message
  • Quit activity monitor and try again
