Creative cloud was double charging my account
When I renewed my account creative cloud on 20 October 2015, I was charged the typical $21,65 to my plan and two days later was charged $ 32.46 for the same creative cloud. Now this month I was charged the $32.46 again on 16 November 2015, despite my account was not due until the 20th and the rate of the plan being $21,65. When I checked my payment under the adobe ID plan, none of these charges $ 32.46 appear on my account history. I need to have these extra charges stopped and refunded if possible. I called the service number and has been waiting for more than an hour with no help, I also posted in the chat and did not receive a timely response.

Creative cloud was not enabled after payment?

I am a Subscriber for a long time thereafter and last week, I tried to reactivate my subscription that has been inactive for a few weeks, instead of using a credit card, I chose the manual renewal option, as it is available in my country (Brazil), it generated a Bill and I paid. But to this day account was not activated, I do not see the order on the purchase history, or anywhere else, but I still have the Bill (and the order number 10002678359). Help, please!

Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop not charge me
A few days ago, when the tube came out last program updates adobe.
I refresh programs that I used to do, spend the day, I opened the creative cloud and I went out load and load and load. I thought it was my internet restart my internet and reopened. And is no longer, I have this problem several days and is not the solution for this. I read in some forums adobe having to uninstall the program and nothing always with this problem.
I hope to please help me with this problem and I need to open the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop computer. It is worth noting that use windows. concerning

Creative cloud is in charge of the CPU at 99% since the update from yesterday
The two processes that make the processor running at max are CCLibrary and CCXProcess. Any idea?
This issue should be addressed by the creative cloud soft update which was released yesterday.
You'll want to uninstall and reinstall the creative Cloud app for the 3.4.2.187 version. It does not appear as an update in the app. These would be the steps that I would recommend
(1) close all open Adobe products
(2) leave the creative cloud desktop application
(3) close associate Adobe all processes using Activity Monitor or task, process below list manager:
- Creative cloud
- Adobe CEF Helper
- Service Office of Adobe
- AdobeIPCBroker
- Installation of Adobe
- AdobeUpdateService
- AdobeServiceInstaller
- CreativeCloud (URIHandler)
- AAM updates notifier
- CCLibrary
- node
- CoreSync
(4) remove the creative Cloud application using uninstaller app from here:

(6) download and reinstall the creative application of Cloud from here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloud
(7) start and confirm that the latest version is installed by checking the version 3.4.2.187 display application preferences

You can install creative Cloud applications on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or everyone.
If you install on a third computer, you will be asked to turn off this feature on the other two computers. You can then re-enable one of the two previous computers and use Cloud Creative apps on it.

Was - this cloud creative or a shortcut for Adobe Application Manager that appears on your desktop after the installation of updates? If it was a shortcut to the application manager, you can safely remove the shortcut of your manager office but not the Application itself. Manager application is used for the installation of updates for all products now, not only the Creative clouds and will continue to come to the top by choosing Help > updates in the any of the products.

I am currently working on a project for a client when the trial ran out to the creative cloud, I went and updated the account to the account paying and now none of the applications starts. Get "Application has stopped working" for Application Manager, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver... (you get it..). My system is running the preview of windows 8, but all applications functioned until I started to pay for the Service. I tried to uninstall it but the error unistaller. I tried the Adobe cleaner but seems to do nothing. I ran as admin and win7 compatibility Windows XP, applications and everything else I can think.
I need quick help... Now that I'm paying for him nothing works... :-(
We must keep in mind that Windows 8 is still pre-release, so unexpected behavior is likely, but you said that these applications have been use to work fine intiallly, so something has changed on the machine and the new update to Win 8.
In addition, please try the suggestions below: -.
1) check in the new user account
(2) uninstall the software, run the cleanup tool and reinstall them.
