I installed creative cloud on my pc two days ago, I also installed the creative cloud, Illustrator and InDesign and used without problem. Today morning, I used them and no problem. This afternoon, when I tried to open Illustrator I got an error message saying that CC is not installed, I tried to click on the CC application and got a different error (maybe something like error 6, but I didn't ' t remember). So I decided to reinstall everything. I uninstalled CC using the Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool , now I am trying to reinstall it but the installation does not even start! It's really strange, is that now the applications work without problem, I have installed the CC application! So I also lost the fonts I downloaded...
I have Windows 8 and an annual plan of all - app...

Have recently implemented a new mac using migration assistant and found that the CC is now not working not not so none of my apps will open. Uninstalling CC and the browser used for vacuuming, refreshed before you download the latest version from the web, but all I get is a greyed on the icon in the MenuBar with no robot
I use a 27imac (mid-2012) with OSX 10.9.5

Hi guys,.
After a search through this forum I found a series of things that when applied together solved the problem (I use a mac)
1. I found in Applications > Utilities folder an app called Adobe Application Manager, which I deleted manually
2. I then uninstalled creative Application of cloud
3. I then downloaded the creative cloud cleaning tool (windows and mac version found here - cleaning use of the CC tool to solve installation problems |) CC, CS3 - CS6
4. download and install the new application - MAC Manager: http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cs/mac/ApplicationManager7.0_all.dmg
PC: http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cs/win/ApplicationManager7.0_all.exe
open it and start the application, that he will then proceed to level itself - I then found the CC icon in the menu bar at the top allowing me to install apps.

I want to try the CC before buying this expensive software.
I had a trial membership and got to the Download Center.
When I download one of the apps, I won't install.
First of all, I get an error message which immediately disappears.
Then the download continues.
I accept to run the application manager.
The installation seems to start, but ends with an error message like "Adobe application manager was not installed.
So, how can I solve this problem and try the software?
Interesting that I can't phone support during the installation.
I need to buy the app first and get my money back after support.
This way I can never try.

Restart the computer once the creative application of cloud is downloaded.

Creative connection of Cloud will not sign
Yesterday, all my applications of Adobe Creative clouds were at large. Today Creative Connection cloud will not sign, and none of them will even start.
I connect without a problem on the website Adobe Creative Cloud.
Whenever I try to start app 6 CS, Adobe Application Manager starts instead and simply jumped on the dock for about 5 minutes then stops. I left alone for an hour, but it does nothing and I force it to quit.
I downloaded AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool, targeting SC6 ran and creative cloud sets. That didn't solve my problem.
What is going on?
I run OS X lion and my network connection works perfectly.
You did it any software/hardware change on your machine yesterday after what you are faced with the question?
Have you actually tried to reboot the machine? If not, allows to try and check.
Launch the uninstaller of CS6 utilities-> Adobe Installers folder, and then run the cleaning of adobe tool.
Download MAO of the link below and try to install the applications and check if they work fine.

Creative office of cloud does not load. Turn right after the launch.
I just signed up for the subscription of the photograph and downloaded and installed the creative cloud Office. After the launch of the application, the window just sits and tries to load with the rotation of the blue circle. I can not identify or anything. I've had cloud installed adobe creative and working with photoshop but I uninstalled it and then a week later I want to use it again, but the installation process starts but stops and leaves and nothing happens... Creative application of Cloud do not install
I recently bought a subscription following Creative cloud. Tonight, I tried to install my first application - Acrobat X. The Application Adobe handler said it was installing the program, then it says the installation failed, then he says that the program has been installed. However, I can't find anywhere - it's not anywhere in the Windows Start menu, is not anywhere in my \Program Files\Adobe\ directory. I also opened Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs and it is not displayed as an installed program there either. I restarted my computer and still nothing.
As far as I can see, Adobe Application Manager has no option to uninstall or reinstall a program; Once he thinks the program is installed, which seems to be that.
I am running Windows XP Professional SP3 and I have Adobe Design Premium CS5 (with 9 of Acrobat and Reader X) installed. I am assuming that it is possible to have CS5 and any installed; creative Cloud applications I certainly don't want to uninstall CS5 and find that I can't install creative cloud apps.

You can have different versions of CS, but not different versions of Acrobat. You must uninstall Acro 9. Use the Acrobat cleaning tool to fix your mess.

Creative Archive of Cloud does not!
After having many problems with the constant synchronization between my devices, I opted for the application of CC of my machines and moved all the content on Dropbox!
However, I'm now trying to delete the contents of my CC of storage via the web browser. When I move the selected folders and move them to archive it moves the files but when I refresh the page they reappear as if they have not been deleted and if I find the page archive is empty!
How can I delete all the contents of my CC of storage?
@jamskof74 - there are two ways to download files by using the web client to https://creative.adobe.com/files and using the file synchronization, which is part of the application of creative cloud on your computer.
By using the web client, you can drag and drop files (but not folders) from Windows Explorer or the Mac OS X Finder on the web page and download the files. You can also use the Upload action.
Synchronize file belongs to the creative cloud app and download files (and folders) place you in the creative Cloud Files folder on your computer. If you do not have file synchronization yet please close and restart the Creative Cloud File Sync app should then be enabled.
