I installed creative cloud on my pc two days ago, I also installed the creative cloud, Illustrator and InDesign and used without problem. Today morning, I used them and no problem. This afternoon, when I tried to open Illustrator I got an error message saying that CC is not installed, I tried to click on the CC application and got a different error (maybe something like error 6, but I didn't ' t remember). So I decided to reinstall everything. I uninstalled CC using the Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool , now I am trying to reinstall it but the installation does not even start! It's really strange, is that now the applications work without problem, I have installed the CC application! So I also lost the fonts I downloaded...

Update creative cloud does not load
For the last 24 hours, I had a pop window informing me that the CC has an update. The Manager of CC window opens and I see he's trying to connect with the server. So far, it shows 2% and goes no further. I rebooted several times since, but did not get a promotion on the % 2.

Sorry to hear that you are facing this problem. You can try the following:
Open the Task Manager and kill the following processes:
-Cloud.exe creative
-Adobe Office Service.exe
-CoreSync.exe
-CCLibrary.exe
-AdobeIPCBroker.exe
-AAM updates Notifier.exe
Now download the Installer Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps and run it.
To diagnose the problem, I would appreciate if you could share your machine logs. You can use the collector logging tooland download the zip file created on the desktop for your choice of file sharing service. Send me the link for the file to download. I give you my email id in a private message on this forum.

Creative cloud does not install correctly
Hi guys,.
Have recently implemented a new mac using migration assistant and found that the CC is now not working not not so none of my apps will open. Uninstalling CC and the browser used for vacuuming, refreshed before you download the latest version from the web, but all I get is a greyed on the icon in the MenuBar with no robot
I use a 27imac (mid-2012) with OSX 10.9.5

Hi guys,.
After a search through this forum I found a series of things that when applied together solved the problem (I use a mac)
1. I found in Applications > Utilities folder an app called Adobe Application Manager, which I deleted manually
2. I then uninstalled creative Application of cloud
3. I then downloaded the creative cloud cleaning tool (windows and mac version found here - cleaning use of the CC tool to solve installation problems |) CC, CS3 - CS6
4. download and install the new application - MAC Manager: http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cs/mac/ApplicationManager7.0_all.dmg
PC: http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cs/win/ApplicationManager7.0_all.exe
open it and start the application, that he will then proceed to level itself - I then found the CC icon in the menu bar at the top allowing me to install apps.

Trial of the creative cloud does not install
I want to try the CC before buying this expensive software.
I had a trial membership and got to the Download Center.
When I download one of the apps, I won't install.
First of all, I get an error message which immediately disappears.
Then the download continues.
I accept to run the application manager.
The installation seems to start, but ends with an error message like "Adobe application manager was not installed.
So, how can I solve this problem and try the software?
Interesting that I can't phone support during the installation.
I need to buy the app first and get my money back after support.
This way I can never try.

Restart the computer once the creative application of cloud is downloaded.

I've had cloud installed adobe creative and working with photoshop but I uninstalled it and then a week later I want to use it again, but the installation process starts but stops and leaves and nothing happens... I have installed adobe application manager and when I open it, it says: Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Adobe Creative cloud of 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.
I continue to download and install, but nothing happens.

uninstall all cc, clean by use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6 , then reinstall the application of cc, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps desktop | CC free trial Adobe
Use the desktop application to install your programs of cc (like the ps).

I just upgraded to full creative cloud but I don't have access to additional applications. I was already using Photoshop and Lightroom in terms of photography and After Effects on an experimental basis. Now I can use After Effects and Photoshop and Lightroom appear as trial versions. What's new?

I've updated creative cloud yesterday. Now, the creative cloud does not-empty main screen... As the last stage attempted to delete all files in the OOBE folder. BUT:
Cannot delete all files: Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [username] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE, because Windows does not - ANEdata.db, fylesyn.db and opm.db.. .are open creative cloud.
But CC is closed - checked with the Windows Task Manager. PC is restarted twice.
What was my mistake? How is it possible to reinstall creative cloud?

close your application office cc and, if necessary, use the Task Manager to end all process of cc.
Delete these files.
First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and delete the file opm.db
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

Please reinstall the creative cloud desktop application and as soon as you install it again, launch any CC application installed and update tab helps. After that you can launch CC Office about it will make you the correct status of applications installed on your machine.

If you are using windows OS, click the gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App
Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.
Then click on the Compatibility tab
In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."
If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.
