Creative installation problem Cloud - 1 error code

I tried to download the installer of creative cloud to use a free trial several times without success. I get an error Code: 1.

None of the solutions on this support page [ error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application ] works for me.

Solution 1 does not apply because this is my initial installation of the creative cloud (I had the creative cloud before but it is completely uninstalled from my computer).

Solution 2: I tried to run the cleanup tool Adobe CC, and while he had run the program once I reach step 10, there is no instructions to know how to find this file in Windows 10 to ensure that the program was successful.

Finally, I tried the solution 3 (creating a new user on my PC), and it has also failed.

I use a HP spectrum x 360 running Windows 10, fully updated to the recent update of the anniversary. I got creative cloud installed on my computer before, but I uninstalled because my PC has problems, shortly after I installed it.

I don't know what else to try, and there is no support number to call me on this subject.

Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect, try to use another browser.
