Please try steps on the link following error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
If you have already tried them please try following steps depending on your operating system
(Windows)
(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)
C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)
C: / / program files 86 x files / common
C: / / program files x 86.
C: / / program files common files
C: //program files.
Go to c:/programdata/Adobe and oobe and rename it oobe.old
Go to c: / / programfiles86x/common files/adobe/and rename the oobe oobe.old and aamupdator to ammupdator.old
Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator
Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app
Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Run it and it should work.
(MAC)
(1) close adobe every process in activity monitor (creative cloud, sync Core, CC library, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly

Cuando accedo has the part of Creative Cloud para una prueba first descargarme apps, me pone 'Error in the descarga' siempre y nor even me do appear a las apps. He e desintalado are several veces y nada, todo igual. ¿Alguien sabe what pasa?

Creative Clod Desktop Update stops at 12% - error code 205
Ongoing for more than a week at least. Creative Clod Desktop tries to update itself and the download stops at 12% each time. No connectivity problem, no firewall problems. Doesn't seem to be a cure. Tried to download the installer standalone and using that, with the same results. Cannot use the desktop application at all, because the only thing that it will let me do is try and fail to install or to quit smoking. Have done all the stuff with removal of the OOBE and stuff to install libraries without success. Just Miller does not download or I would like to do something else with the Desktop Application. Not the first question, I had with Clod Creative updates by a long shot. Afraid to do the online chat thing and let some Clown from the Adobe Support to operate my computer because in the past they have deleted critical files while I was begging them to the do not. Do not trust that support Adobe clowns at all. Error code is 205. Seems hopeless.

Please refer to the procedure below:
If you are using MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (it will open the folder of the user's library.)
3. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater
4 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
6 - restart the cloud creative app and connect
If you use the WINDOW:
1 complete the process / Task Manager tasks in the same order, as mentioned below the Manager tasks. See, Open the Task Manager
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) 3 - CUT any security software installed with firewall system, also if your having any browser Add On installed for blocking advertising that turn off too.
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect
