Creative launches cloud desktop application, does nothing
Trying to install a new product with CC.
The window appears and is completely empty.
I have a PC running windows 7.
I tried to reinstall CC.
I have a lot of already installed adobe products up and running.
In addition, CC on a Mac sharing the same Internet connection works very well, (so I know what should be the case).
What now?

Creative cloud desktop application does not start!
Hello
Since the upgrade to Windows 10 I was not able to open the creative application of cloud. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and I still have the same. Opens the creative cloud but not has nothing about this except the settings button which opens the dropdown menu with help (no help at all), PIN at the notification area and Quit. Or I can move me, minimize or close it!

CC desktop application does nothing.
The creative Cloud desktop application is no longer present anything. Period. (See the screenshot). All applications that were installed are working. I get notifications of updates, but none is not at all, even things that are installed. I have removed, downloaded and installed the application of CC desktop again without change. Running Win 7 64 bit.

C:\Users\bahl\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Rename the file opm.db in opm.db.old
Raise the cloud creative app and check.

Creative cloud desktop application does not load

My desktop creative cloud app looked like this for the last few months:
I tried to uninstall all my programs and re - install but it didn't work. I seems to be connected as I am able to download apps directly from the adobe website. However, I can't sync my Typekit fonts more!
Can someone help me please!
Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC of the machine (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
- / Library/Application Support /.
- /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
- Restart the computer.
- Install the application Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Creative cloud for office)

Creative cloud desktop application does not load Apps
I downloaded the creative suite and configure my account with adobe, but my creative cloud application does not load apps, it remains on the blue spinning wheel, despite clicking 'Download now' on some apps it invites. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Applications--> Utilities--> Adobe Installers.
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
* If it says application runs in the background, and then open the activity monitor and close the process creative cloud.
Once the creative cloud is uninstalled then follow it mentioned below as follows:
Please go to the library
1. click on Finder, click go and navigate to the folder
2. tap / library and click on Go
3. go in Application Support and Adobe and then delete the OOBE folder.
4 repeat step 1
5. Type ~/Library and click Go
6. go in Application Support and Adobe and then delete the OOBE folder.
7. go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud?promoid=KLYVF
Download Adobe Creative cloud, install it.
If the steps above do not work. Try to enable the root user account, and then try to open Adobe Creative cloud.

Creative cloud desktop application does not display App updates available
The Cloud Dekstop App designer has ceased of notifying me of updates.
How to solve this problem?

I called Adobe support. After several attempts to fix it, they took a folder called "caps". Don't know where it of located, but basically, after removing the caps, CC desktop application file showed no apps installed.
Apps reinstalled and I now have the latest versions. If notifications will appear when there are updates are is unknown at this time.

My Creative Cloud Desktop application does not
On Mac OS X 10.9.4
So, this is what happened:
- Creative office cloud is initially not synchronized, so I tried the logging and back in.
- Desktop app froze and won't let me access the activity app monitor classified as "not responding". I tried force quit and reopen it, same problem.
- Tried to restart the machine, no effect. Tried to uninstall, uninstaller is stuck on "not responding".
- Don't know where to go from here.
Any help would be appreciated!

I tried to reinstall my creative cloud on my PC subscription. Windows 8.1.
I get only a blank window, no possibillity to download something.
I tried one of the suggestions forums to disable AAM addon. Does'nt makes no difference.

try to leave the cc app and try to delete the opm.db.
the location of opm.db should be.
Open the command run: % appdata%/local/adobe/oobe.

When I click the icon, nothing happens. Nothing appears. Even in Windows Task Manager
I tried everything, follow the instructions, download the CC cleaner and clean, delete and re - install, change the Firewall setting, use different browser...
But none of these solve my problem

Well, I would advise you to Contact Customer Services where the agent can remote into your machine and ix the question.

My Creative Cloud Desktop application said that apps that are not installed.
Important thing to note: I system restored yesterday, that deleted programs I had installed the day before.
After my previous discussion received no response, I looked for solutions more and found one of only two weeks now has suggested that the OOBE folder I have rename was not correct. I should go in Program Files/Common Files/Adobe and rename the OOBE folder it OOBE_old. While I'm looking for what I am on the phone with a customer service representative I annoyingly do not remember the name that is asking for the remote control of my computer, I am reluctant to give it, of course. So I tell him that I am running this solution, that he says is very well. So I run the solution, and finally, the creative cloud desktop application does not start with a blank screen! In fact, he asked my username and password! I enter and access the normal page in the list of installed applications, etc. Except, there is no trace of the apps installed on my computer, in fact, the creative Cloud Files folder is empty. They are not in my list of installed programs. Because, of course, they were removed yesterday by restoring the system. But, he now doesn't give me the option to reinstall. I tell the customer Rep this service. Then, the customer service representative hangs up on me. Hangs up on me.
