CC desktop application does nothing.

The creative Cloud desktop application is no longer present anything.  Period.  (See the screenshot).  All applications that were installed are working.  I get notifications of updates, but none is not at all, even things that are installed.  I have removed, downloaded and installed the application of CC desktop again without change.  Running Win 7 64 bit.ccshot.jpg
