Creative Suite 6 frozen during Installation
Hi, I just bought a Creative Suite 6 Design Standard Standalone for Mac OS. I have a MacBook Pro with Mac OS X 10.7.5. When you install the CS6 it will freeze at 'Currently install Adobe Fonts recommended'. When it was freezing I'm not able to force quit smoking, I need to stop and restart the laptop. I tried installing several times. I copied on the hard drive and launch the installation. I also ran Adobe Creative Suite cleanup tool, and then install. Eveytime it will freeze at around 20% - "currently install Adobe recommended Fonts". Much apprrciated to help get the course of the installation. Thank you.

I managed to install CS6 with a version of the downloaded dmg to Adobe Technical Support. It seems that my installation CD version in files is corrupted.
I would like to thank Amit from Support technique Adobe patiently helping me solve this problem. We walked through the Suite Adobe cleaning tool, Adobe Support Advisor, remote share access mode, etc... And the number of turns to restart the Mac when it froze. Finally, the last test was to download a version of dmg. I have run the version of dmg and it was that you would get with any installation.

Adobe Creative Suite 6 download and installation problem
I bought Adobe Creative Suite 6 and went to download. Have downloaded a Package.exe and when I ran the Setup program he ran for hours and said ultimately it was full, but I have nothing to show for it but some Zip files and some configuration files that I ran and still have nothing. What I am doing wrong?

Does not give an update of Creative Suite 2 option during the installation of CS5
I had problems with my iMac crashing since buying 12 months ago and after that 2 prior clean installs, I'm finally resorted to manually install all applications after a third clean installed.
I have CS5 Design Standard (on disk) was updated since CS2 Premium. I tried to install CS5 put can't get pass the page where he wants to put me in the serial number of the previous product - it does not offer CS2 as an option in the menu dropdown. Only CS3 and more. I have the correct serial numbers registered with Adobe and CS5 update was purchased to work with CS2 and has worked for the past 5 years
First install CS2 will not work because it's a Power PC app I download a copy of CS5 now in the hope that the installation process will be happy with the serial number alone, although I'm guessing he will want me reselect the previous product and it will give me the option to select CS2?
Any ideas would be very appreciated. Thank you. Andrew

Windows Live Essentials 2011 has begun the process of update/install. This part of the computer is just stopped or frozen to 75%. It has been like this for days, while I searched for a way to stop or remedy the situation. You can't just click on stop, it won't do anything. Forgive me for being a novice.
When this "freeze" occurs, use the ALT + TAB key combination to cycle through open windows and see if there is a "hidden" window ask you a question about Windows Live Essentials 2011 (for example, you want to install all applications or only some?).

Windows Essentials 2012 seems frozen during installation.
My Windows Live Mail, not sure of the version or the year, suddenly began to fail on opening sometimes (irregular); So I decided to reinstall. I could not find on the Microsoft Download Site "Windows Live". I found Windows Essentials however.
I am running Windows 8 on an HP laptop. Intel Core i5; 6 GB of ram. Shut down other applications.
Possibly related: Windows Explorer, files, not THE Manager, sometimes fails. In particular, the creation of a new folder causes WE stop working. Do not know if the two are related; but generally allows for more information.
I have automatic updates enabled.
I have run Norton 360, including the firewall. I had no problem to the current installation of the Norton software beyond applications insisting that I turned off my anti-virus. Windows Essentials did not ask me to do.

Installation CD of Adobe Creative Suite 4 stalls at "installation preparation".
A few months ago, it has been installed on my new laptop Windows 8. However, for some reason, the person is my installation was missing Adobe Acrobat 9 and I'm looking to remedy that. I put it in the CD and it goes through the first step... I think it's "system check" or similar. Then, it displays all the programs that I can choose to install. Impossible to reinstall Creative Suite 5
I have Windows 7 on a PC and can't reinstall my Creative Suite, no matter what I try. I ran the uninstaller program, the so-called "clean uninstaller", adobe removed the files that have been associated with the program, before you try to reinstall. Why Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium hangs up during installation?
I just bought Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium and it hangs during installation. It gets 8% complete during the installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package and works more just. What's wrong?
The problem was that my anti-virus software prevents a correct installation.
Simple difficulty but at 3 AM not so simple to deduce.

I bought a genuine product Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard about 3 years ago. After the initial installation (with serial number) applications worked well (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.). However, I could only use Acrobat a few weeks before the software did not react more. After this time all pdf files can be manually opened with Adobe Reader, but not with Acrobat. Because Acrobat seems to be the default program to open pdf files, nothig happens if I double click on a pdf file, or if a pdf file to be generated from a site Web etc. At the beginning, I was able to reinstall Acrobat from the CD and it would work for a few weeks yet. This has been the case for the past three years. Now, even the resettlement option no longer works and the error message "Is not a real product from Adobe" is displayed during installation. As I said, all the other parts (Illustrator, Photoshop...) work fine and I don't have a product code, serial number etc. What could be the problem and how can I solve this problem? When I uninstall Acrobat, all PDFs open automatically via the Adobe Reader software. But I need more than just to read a PDF file. Help, please!
