  I have cs6 Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard installed on my old macbook OLD pro (2007), and I need to also install this on my NEW imac (2015) as 2nd device. This product from adobe has been correctly registered in December 2012. I don't have the original installation CD (more there is no CD drive on these new devices in any case). I saw several download links, but I don't know which is correct (or if this is even the correct step). They had to be put into the folder of the user account or activated as a collected police policies. Which has been fixed in 10.11.3.

  Otherwise, I use most of the CC apps every day (primarily Photoshop). Everything works as expected.

  Steps to clear the Tmp folder:

  (1) right click on the Finder icon and select 'Go - To Folder' option.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

  It will open the TMP file. Trash all the content inside.

  Let me know if you are still unable to download files completely.

  I am currently working on a MacBook Pro OS X, end 2011, El Capitan 10.11.6.

  I use CS6 Design Standard 6. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for 2012, I installed them via a CD, I have the box and everything and fortunately these products for years with no problems what so ever.

  Dun, dun, dun... so far, I went to open Photoshop by clicking on a document .psd I had worked on previously and all of a sudden, I get the window asking if I want to start my trial of 30 days or the software license, I have close and check other programs to find the same thing has happened, everything came back to their mode of trial.

  Creating cloud did not help, either, it doesn't show updates and tried to find solutions online but nothing seems to answer my problem and I have not contacted customer yet because I'm typing this out-of-hours. Like many people done CS6 part of their means of subsistence and help to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  If you happened to mix creative cloud with your machine at some point, this could be a part of the problem.  You mentioned, so it seems that you may have.
