Impossible to reinstall Creative Suite 5
I have Windows 7 on a PC and can't reinstall my Creative Suite, no matter what I try. I ran the uninstaller program, the so-called "clean uninstaller", adobe removed the files that have been associated with the program, before you try to reinstall. Anyone can look through the list below to see if I'm missing something? Maybe it's my windows installer, but it cannot. Any help will be appreciated.

My Acrobat X Pro has stopped working and nothing has worked in that regard advice to solve this problem, so I finally reinstalled all of the Creative Suite. Needless to say that all of the updates over the years are missing.

Please open the monitory of activity by going to Applications > utilities on your Mac. You can search any processes with the name of SAFARI COULD HISTO and close it. More detailed instructions can be found here: error with Adobe products: close the following applications.
Also, make sure you reinstall your CS5.5 disc or direct download. If you use Time Machine or similar backup to restore your programs on your computer reformatted, you may encounter issues. Adobe programs do not correctly migrate due to hidden files permissions.

For 2 days, I try to reinstall it, I use the adobecleanup software and remove a large number of files, as explained in the forums adobe, now I installed once the creative suite but now it the registration problem: computer is offline, but the program activation can't see the internet connection, phone registration is closed and don't work and I have no idea what can do. High is important for me to fix this problem in this macbook. Thanks in advance

I bought Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard with my MacBook Pro over 4 years ago. I would like to restore my entire computer but know that I would lose CS 5.5 in the process. I do not have my original DVD that I used to install programs. I have my serial number and the date of registration. Has anyone successfully reinstalled CS 5.5 without the original DVD and using the electronic download?

Depending on how old your computer is, maybe consider somewhere and get the fixed material so that you can reinstall your programs, taking into account the cost of repairs vs. cost of the new computer, etc..

I can't reinstall Creative Suite 2
Adobe stop the activation servers for CS2 and CS3 because of the devastation and pain among customers who BOUGHT CS2 and CS3!
All of a sudden, I couldn't use Photoshop (CS2).
The software says to activate it, even if it had been activated for years.
Then I was told to call Adobe to activate it, and the message said no more activation by telephone.
Then, I found a convoluted way to reactivate and stumbled through the steps, with problems along the way.
There is no way to use my old CD.
And I was just lucky that there was no urgent request of a client, when I needed to use Photoshop!
NOTE: I HAD ALREADY LONG ACTIVATED PHOTOSHOP!
WHY did I have to do it again?
Adobe says they close their activation for CS2 servers.
So, if this is the case, stop down and we let it be!
There is no reason to require reactivation.
If Adobe cared about its customers, rather than make a goat, they would create a way to make it invisible for us, those who have paid for Adobe products long ago.
Adobe, goodbye.

Impossible to activate Creative Suite 2 Premium on the new desktop with Windows 10
What should do? I have the Creative Suite 2 Premium product and it is running on my laptop. It is used to run on a previous desktop which broke down and was replaced by the machine to win 10. Adobe perceives that I try to use too many copies and if so, how to fix this perception?
Note that I have an Adobe password and I can connect, but www.adobe.com/go/activation instructions do not seem to work for me.

Regardless of the version of CS you have it is that the old is not eligible for an upgrade. While you can always get the latest version under license (CS6) that Adobe offers. Adobe is currently (and only in the future) promoting their subscription to the versions of the software which they refer to as the creative cloud.

Impossible to uninstall Creative Suite after system restore
Recently, I did a system restore on my windows machine 8. This brought my creative suite 5 which I already uninstalled. Now I can't remove it because the uninstall program seems to have problems. He doesn't show me any items of uninstall, therefore, I can not delete all products in the group. Is there another way to uninstall the product? Thank you!
The uninstall program could have corrupted by the missing files. Run the cleaner of the Creative Suite from Adobe tool: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and delete the files from there.
Once removed, remove the files(Run->%temp%) temporaires et videz la corbeille aussi bien.)

This computer is running Windows 7 Pro.
The user has the following adobe products installed (after uninstalling CC):
Recently, the user has had problems with cloud creative installation updated where it could connect and download the update up to 5%, then view the error below. We have tested this several times and the network showed no disconnection to this machine and he always stopped at 5%.
The it Department have uninstalled creative cloud - it is not possible to uninstall through the windows programs and features or using the creative cloud cleaning tool.
Now when we try to reinstall https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloud?promoid=KSPDX CC the below error appears
We looked in the error code: 71 and followed several of the discussions with solutions to this error but they have not solved the problem on this computer. For example, tried error 71 - cannot install CreativeCloudSet - Up.exe that can't be run from a network drive
Error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application running Adobe CC Cleaner using the options Clean Up all (option 1) then all own (10 in option) has not solved the problem.
Other online forums talk about registry problems - looking in these registry keys according to the site are "corrupt" point to the correct folder location.
The next option we have is to do a clean install of this PC which we would like to avoid that the staff member would be unable to work for up to a day position this machine with correct adobe again products.
Any help would be appreciated.
