Creative white cloud screen

I just got a membership for creative cloud, but after downloading it, I see only a white screen when it starts. I use a PC with Windows 7 above. I have tried all the following proposed solutions I found on the forums and all the different combinations of them:

-Folder Program Files (x 86) delete/rename OOBE / Common Files / Adobe

-OOBE file delete/rename in users / (me) / AppData / Local / Adobe

-Delete/rename the files opm.db in users / (me) / AppData / Local / Adobe / OOBE

-Uninstalling and reinstalling

-Put an end to all the process Adobe are running in the Task Manager

But nothing has worked. I deleted the only sign of punctuation in my name on the profile of Adobe, and I don't have a company name. I try to avoid the hack to remove the '&' from my Windows user profile name, because it sounds like it can cause all kinds of other problems that I don't need.

I have spent 2 days on this now and you really want just this apparently simple problem to solve! Anything does not work - Please HELP!
